But my favourite two performances of that night were definitely Kristy Lee Cook's "Forever" and David Cook's "Always Be My Baby" I'm sure some of the singers on the X-Factor will do justice to some of the songs if not all Quote
Black Kitten Posted October 31, 2008 at 09:31 AM Posted October 31, 2008 at 09:31 AM (edited) just got home from the mall, and i bought a copy of The Ballad (together with Celine's My Love: Ultimate Essential Collection). i'm playing it right now, and i'm still trying to understand what the hell How Much is doing in this album! (even Always Be My Baby, Dreamlover, & Thank God I Found You Remix are quite out of place in this kind of album) it's a pretty nice collection, and i love the order of the songs, but they should've put Can't Let Go and Never Too Far, Lead the Way (which was a radio single here in the Philippines), and the original version of TGIFY. i love these songs, but quite weird to blend them in this "ballad" album.
