There is now a rumor that Mariah removed her nodules and that is why she has been out of the spotlight for some time (on 31 it'll be almost 2 months). Some ''insider'' this but honestly I don't believe it. First of all many singers can't sing after this type of surgery and it's possible for her to loose the little she has left with. Second of all if she removes that she won't be able to do whistle notes (which I don't mind if this means that her belting will be back)... but I doubt it. She needs more than 2 months to recover if this is true.

I just noticed that Usher is doing worse than Mariah. ''Mouving Mountains'' peaked at #69 on Billboard. That's even a bigger flop than ''Bye Bye''. That's weird. Their last albums were like one of the most noticable albums this decade. ''Confessions'' sold 15millions worldwide... and now his new album hasn't even sold 1M in USA. Music indurstry is down...

I agree about the single choises. This should have been the first single (or Migrate) and then Migrate (or IBLYLT) as a third single and '' I Stay In Love'' for a second.

besides Migrate was the only song i liked from the 1st listen and same happened with Its like that

 

and i'll go so far to say that E=MC2 and Charmbracelet are my favorite albums this decade (and i like Charmbracelet more i think) and Butterfly and Music Box from the previous (and i've already said which of the 2 i like more). I'm a not so proud owner of Butterfly (a friend didn't want it), #1's, Charmbracelet and TEOM (i bought a pirate cd from a pavement after listening to its like that )

yes i voted for mariah!hihihih btw RDS is not the most importat italian network a huge airplay on RTL would be great

 

and #1 on web chart it doesnt mean it is the most played by that network for example fans of Giorgia let her enter with 3 songs that chart has no effect!

I believe it was a hit in Europe... at some places it was a big hit in others it was doing ok. Here in Bulgaria it was very popular.

I dunno maybe,but she is very played by italian radios they like her sound, they support her so much but her sales are always very low.

Universal does a good job with her in my country but:

 

TEOM flopped here and E=MC2 did worst! she has so many fans in Italy more than Celine for sure,

but just the fans buy her albums, celine in my country is supported also by no-fans who like good music and buy her cd's even if they dont know anything about her, she is a classic!

 

I would say, radio and tv support in italy talking about famous divas with new albums in the past few months:

 

1)Madonna

2)Mariah

3)Janet Jackson

4)Celine Dion
