To Xpresso, I don't need a personal attack. I've posted an opinion on a discussion forum. That is all. Save the name calling for the play ground.

 

I am a Celine fan, as is everyone on here. And the fans, more than anyone else, are allowed to criticise. It's our right to heap praise and also to question. It keeps up standards.

I'm sick of this BS. If your angry she's miming tough luck. Celine is Celine, I could care less if she mimed. Besides, more people are ignorant in music now more than ever. (please don't say the opposite as that is 100% false) All the celine miming haters.....<sniped>. If you hate her so much don't buy her cd's. She doesn't need you. And besides I know many old Celine haters that now like her due to Taking Chances. :nono: Hate this forum due to all the negativity found here. You won't find people insulting Mimi on Mariah forums, you won't find people hating on Maddonna on madonna forums, but you find people hating on Celine on celine forums. This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen. A bunch of <sniped> whiners.

I don't want to continue the negativity here but I felt I had to reply to this as it was bugging me all morning. Mariah is nowhere near perfect, neither is Madonna. If both those forums are nothing but love for them and nothing bad is ever said about either, then the fans there are OBSESSED with those artists and I'd never want to be there. Celine is a gorgeous woman and an incredible talent, Rene is the luckiest SOB ever. However, there are moments where I've absolutely hated a song she's done, or hated her dress, or got irritated from an opinion she's made. I don't think that makes me a "hater", but I'm afraid you would lump me into that group. I'm glad this forum allows me to express that negativity once in a while. If all those forums are about are obsessive love for artists, and not a single negative comment is allowed, then I would NEVER want to be a member there.
