i think the "duet" you are referring to is the song on Annie's new album "Songs of Mass Destruction" called "Sing". It is an HIV awareness song written by Annie that has 23 influencial women of music singing on it. Celine is one of them....

I just found it too...it's a radio rip....the quality is not good at all....The only thing you hear is the intro of an african lady saying "This is a call for the national implementation of mother to child transmission prevention program in all the maternity hospitals in south africa the song is a ...." then starts Annie's vocals on piano and then madonna sings.... sadly the quality (i hope) doesn't let you hear anyone else..... I'm glad for Annie 'cause i was expecting a very inspirational kind of "we are the world" but this beat is more appealing to me..... let's wait for a HQ clip. (and a performance of all the "Sing" team) jejeje

I'm sure Celine's in there somewhere. We only got an extract of the first two versus and choruses.

 

Honestly, I'm not that impressed by this song based on what I've heard.

 

In terms of cohesiveness of the combination of vocals, it's more soupy than meaty.

madonna sings at the end of it, she's quite clear actually. i thought 'Sing' was going to be more of an anthem type song. perhaps this is only a demo version, as all the artists arent performing on it.

hmm, it's a tyspical Annie song, isn't it? it'S good, I like it. But the extract is 2:50 long most of the time annie is singing than madonna follows. Though it's only an extract I can't imagine the other 21/22 female singers to be squezzed in there if everybody will get an equal part. Or maybe, just maybe, annie recorded this song with everyone of the girls but this would be to much effort wouldn't it? And the song won't be 10 min long, right?!

As we know, this song is mostly sing by Annie, Madonna sing a part of it too, the other singers including Celine just do some backup vocals. I think the most we can expect from this song is Celine may sing a high note in the end that no one else could sing. Other than that, I dont think we can really hear Celine from this song.

I beg your pardon...the others backup singers? this is ridiculous...they're making such an effort to gather all those singers and they end up as backup singers for annie and madonna?this can't be true? they have to get at least a line...otherwise this is one of the most stupid star collaborations of all time....
