Now I completly change my mind. That's a GREAT commercial song. It needs to be the second single. It has a BIG chance of being a hit. That's the kind of songs that you listen on the radios nowadays. After all the comments I had to go and listen to the song again (not HQ) and I have to say that I do like the song. But I just can't take away the image of Beyoncé and Shakira when I listen to the song. Isn't there enough Shakira & Beyoncé in this world already!?!!?! Quote

Celine and Renè should do more by themselves, but I don't know what's wrong about them.They live in the music world everyday and they should know exatly what to do.I really hope that this album will be different, that they'll do all the things in the right way and at the right time. They did this once before in the ATW era, on celinedion.com there was a poll on which song we liked best, but they "cencored" so we could only vote for 3 of the new tracks on ATW - I think it was Live, I Want You To Need Me and Then You Look At Me (they should had included IWCT too! ). /fred Quote Peace and love to all.

I'm glad they post it in a rather good radio quality - 96 kbps wma which is like 128 kpbs mp3. So I am not complaining this time about the quality. At this point I truly didn't expect them to post anything so them posting some songs is just merely a mild bonus in the middle of broiling lava of disappointments. The instrumentalization in Alone sounds very nice and it does sound a bit mechanical as Tal said but I still prefer it to the original which I truly haven't known till Céline was to record that song. But after listening to this HQ clip I'm even more in favor of this song. Eyes on me is very multidimensional for a pop song. Certainly better than I'm Alive or When The Wrong One - they don't have a layer of synthesized instruments behind them, at least not as much as Eyes On Me has. I appreciate the synthesizer effects a la Usher's "Yeah" in the background at :11 and :21 which make the song more modern sounding. Cuzz truth to be told it sounds very 2001 a la Destiny's Child Survivor era without them. Can't wait to hear the intro in HQ of this song when they post the full listening party or when the album leaks at last beginning november. Just like with D'elles we'll be getting 2 clips a day. But it is not modern, fashion or hype AT ALL ! It sounds like a 2001 song ! Timbaland, Terius, Danja...make modern and hype sound...Even if you find it trash, the production is far more modern and innovative than Eyes on me. Try again Celine ! Quote
