Celinenvegas Posted September 12, 2007 at 05:16 AM Posted September 12, 2007 at 05:16 AM The NYC radio station WLTW played "Taking Chances" tonight (9/11). I think they've added it totheir playlist now. They are a very BIG Adult Contemporary station in NYC and they've always been very supportive of Celine playing most of her singles - even the ones that didn't do well like "Beautiful Boy". Here is their website: http://www.1067litefm.com/main.html This morning they also played Celine's "God Bless America" in honor of the 9/11 attacks. Quote ~J O E Y~

You can listen to the station LIVE: http://www.1067litefm.com/pages/listenlive.html Hmm, well that's a tough one. Z100 hasn't played a Celine song since A New Day Has Come back in 2002. I listen to them daily and unless they get bombarded with requests, I can't see them playing it. I really think they just consider her an AC artist now. Quote ~J O E Y~
thevoice Posted September 12, 2007 at 06:45 AM Posted September 12, 2007 at 06:45 AM it's gonna be much harder if only AC stations will play the new song HOWEVER it's still possible to make this song a top 10 hit in the u.s even without those stations - i'm talking about legal downloads and i truely hope sony wont miss this chance to release this song online....some artists in the u.s have top 10 hits based on downloads only Quote

Now I think all Celine needs to do is to get going on a proper music video. Here's a thought: Hire me to be the Executive Director for her next music video, and I'll do an Apollo-11-themed, and she'll be the first French-Canadian woman on the moon. I just think this song is so absolutely amazing it needs an extraordinary video! Teodora Posted September 12, 2007 at 10:43 AM Posted September 12, 2007 at 10:43 AM Why is everybody so worried about the song being played only on AC radio stations? Is it just me or AC radio stations are the biggest radio stations, with the largest audience? As far as I know, they are, so I see no problem with that. Quote

Bellamy Posted September 12, 2007 at 01:15 PM Posted September 12, 2007 at 01:15 PM Among confirmed tracks are a hard-driving cover of Heart's "Alone"; the Middle Eastern-flavored "Eyes on Me," produced by Lundin; "This Time," a moody percolator written by Moody with David Hodges; the ballad "A Song for You," produced by Bagge; and the blues-drenched "The Woman in Me."This part is interesting in the Billboard review.
