Friedman says Whitney will be working in studio with songwriter/producer Johnta Austin. Austin previously co-wrote "Be Without You" with Mary J. Blige and "We Belong Together" with Mariah Carey. Clive Davis has reportedly selected seven songs from writers including Diane Warren whose credits include "How Do I Live" and "Can't Fight The Moonlight." R. Kelly and a songwriter known as Fernando also have tracks tentatively set to be laid down for the impending release. Whitney's comeback record is expected out this fall. It will be her first artist album in four years. After several years out of the spotlight, Houston made her return to the public forum in October of last year on the arm of Davis at the Carousel of Hope Ball in New York City. "We're working hard," Davis told Access Hollywood at the time. "We're looking for material and we've just gotten a beautiful song from R. Kelly so we're on our way." Davis said once the record was in Whitney's hands, it would be unstoppable. "You, in effect give Whitney an album and you let her do what she does better than anyone," he said.
