Some people I only spoke to briefly and I would have loved to get to know everybody better. There were so many people that it got kind of unorganized. There definitely was a lot of standing around where there should have been activities. What happened to all the ideas everybody had? I still say there should have been group thingies like Celine quizes or team building type of activities. Everybody seemed to do his or her own thing. I know it can be really hard to organise these things and I'm sure I wouldn't have done such a good job either, but it was such a wasted opportunity. There was no continuity to it. There was no sense of direction and the flashmob took over the whole event yet still ended up being an embaressing shambles. There was more standing around and waiting for something to happen then actual activities. I think there were lots of good intentions, but the words p*** up and brewery spring to mind.Also there was a heck of a lot of posing and false people there too. I'm very happy with the friends I finally met in Vegas and the times we spent together are memories I will share forever, but as a result of my time in Vegas my involvement in this forum has practically ground to a halt. There are definitely some majorly deluded ego's in this place and these people seem at least to be completely oblivious to how they have turned so many free thinking souls away. Not to mention a 'group photo' that was taken with many people not knowing it was being taken! I regret not being able to talk more to you Claudette, I was looking forward to that... and meeting Ester, but I didn't see her at all... I am glad I met the people I did, John from Australia, Alex, Michael from the UK. I had great fun with them... but still it was a let down. All things considered, I'm glad I went to the meeting. It was nice to finally see all the smiling faces I had only seen via facebook!
