My mom spent $75 to send it to me (here in Lithuania) and they say I have to pay to take it. I didn't really understand why because practically NOBODY speaks English there. I called a Lithuanian friend and he came and paid it for me because I had no money with me. I was expecting just to sign and take it. But no...they said they couldn't give it to me until I paid. Maybe, though, we do if a paquet is worth so many hundreds of dollars, but I'm sure you don't have to pay for at least $500.
