No. I'm going with a student ambassador program. Ouch, I hate when you work out and then you get sore. One day I worked out for 4 hours and then the next day it hurt so badly!!

Actually I think that if you are used to do exercise and so, you could do the 500 push-ups with no problem... :shrug:

Today in volleyball we did jump ropes and 5 sets of stairs. Then open gym from about 3:30-6:15. It was so long!!!
Currently I am stretching out my calves. They still feel tight :unsure:

I don't doubt it! There was an army guy in my karate along time ago and he could do like 200 with no problem!

I had salad today at Pizza Hut!! :D i'm so happy, i filled myself with salad, then only had 2 or 3 slices of pizza! :line:
As compared to 5 or 6 slices of pizza... :shy:

Yes Ferjaacu! Continue that! I do as many crunches as I can before I go to bed with my hand weights!  :dumbells:

Burned a total of 130 calories in the weight room in 15 minutes. Going to do that every day til school ends, and even after! :sweat:
