Well today was my first day back at school (after spring break) and I told my coach I needed to sit out, and she sent me to the trainers.
I gave the trainer the note my doctor gave me, keeping me out of p.e. for a whole week, and my older friends all told me "A week feels like a year!" And he told me to base the pain on a level from 1 to 10, and I said around a 4  :confused:
Anyway, he had me do exercises to strengthen my ankle, even though the doctor said to rest my ankle. I'm not sure if I should ask the trainer to rest it instead.

The trainer wants to keep me busy he said, rather than have me sit and text all period long, which I understand, but having me make my ankle do hard exercises instead of resting it (the doc's advice) is confusing me.

So now I'm at home, and my ankle is hurting bad, it's at around a 6 pain level  :pinch:

Thanks again, I'll update ya'll on what they say tomorrow!  :down:

That's great news! I'm glad you're playing again! Ice is your BEST FRIEND when taking care of your injuries. It's good you're taking the appropriate pre-cautions with the ice. :)

I went to my usual Tuesday bodypump class yesterday, and I added some weight to the chest track - 15 kg! It was the first time ever that I've had 15 kg on the chest track, during all the bodypump releases over the years! And I managed to push through it, so yayyy!! :dancing:
I'm not sure if I will ever be able to put more though, cause at some point it just becomes impossible to add, as the tracks last like 5 minutes....

All this week coach has made us do lunges full court. Waka! The first day was like walking thru quick sand. After the soreness goes away it's a great way to improve your vertical.
My ankle was bothering me a bit the other day :down:

Well I know someone said it's cool that not too many people are here, so I hope you'll be embracing of one more outsider...
I live in USA and work out a women's gymn called curves. I love it. I go around the curcuit twice in about half an hour then stretch and I love it. It used to be in walking distance from my house but now they moved. I have to take a bus now to get there and I'm just often too lazy to do it. It's great when I do, but still...

Starting to slim down, back to having size 5 waist fit loosely. Aiming for a 3 :yes:

Today during practice, the craziest thing happened, for a split second I was parallel with the floor!! I was moving one way, then they cut the hit the other direction, so I turned quickly and my momentum took me! I remember seeing the floor below me, I was parallel with it :o
My knees are gonna pay for that tomorrow, I landed with all my force on both my knees (with knee pads of course) but it's still gonna be sore :down:

I'm glad that you're starting to slim down! :-D  I guess I'm the only size 12 in kids here. What you did in practice sounded so cool!!!! Dance wasn't very fun today! But I did my regular routine anyway running, cardio, abs, and thighs. Today at lunch my friends kept stuff food in my mouth and making me eat it cuz they said that I'll die of malnutrition and starting on Monday they're gonna start bringing me food! First off, I had to work out even harder to burn off what they made me eat. And I have plenty of food at home and that's what I bring for lunch. Just cuz I eat healthy doesn't mean I'm malnourished! But my parents keep bugging me by saying that I should start doing strength exercises cuz I'm the weakest in my class! I don't wanna be strong! Weakness suits me perfectly!

Volleyceline, you said that you eat a lot of junk food, that's my exact opposite! My friends always call me a healthy food and exercise addict. But I normally eat salads and fruits. But my mum will always buy fast food for dinner and I'll refuse to eat it and she'll get mad at me! I don't wanna eat fast food every night!
