I feel the same way. They used "Dansons" to showcase the comeback to older fans, and they’re going to use a different song for his return. After all, we know Ycare is a completely different kind of songwriter.

Yeah like David Guetta who makes EDM tracks…

We just cannot predict anything about this track. It could be uptempo or it could be slower than a Moccio song. Unfortunately, the latter wouldn’t surprise me.

The clowns asking us to sign up again for announcements/news…

we found out the title last week from other sources and they just announced the date… what else is there to announce… it’s beyond tragic.

i bet we get no email just like last time they asked us to sign up for announcements unless they are about to unveil the Exclusive…  Bonjour, Pardon, Merci… versatile water bottle 2026 range!! 🙄

Le Parisien described the song as a ballad. Those of you who wanted a summer up-tempo, please focus on slow, steady breathing, and go to a place that feels safe and calm. 😌

People on X saying it’s being described an “uptempo ballad”… what an oxymoron. 🤣 

 

My guess is it’ll be a midtempo.

 This page is stating a February release for the album…  her label usually opts for March or November so if I were a betting person, which I am  🎰  I’d say March 👀

They’ll probably go for a 2007-like pattern : French album in Spring 2007 and English album in fall with the first single being a song from the High In The Clouds soundtrack by McCartney that comes out in July ?

Whether it’s an uptempo, mid tempo or ballad I just feel by the title it has so much potential especially with those who worked with her on it.

Ycare's song "Animaux Fragiles" with Zaz was a pretty big success.  I also quite like his most recent, "Viens" with Pascal Obispo.

Some of us have been saying this since Dansons was released ... ahem ... it's a pretty obvious rollout strategy and let's just hope it works !!

Me neither but I can see how it might work for Celine -- I'm imagining something in the same vein as Parler a Mon Pere or Tous l'Or des Hommes, Ycare's sound is very much in line with some of her later french singles

Mid tempo has me curious now as to what this song could be like.  I think her French material is about due for one. 
Full album being released in March would not surprise me. I think it's pretty clear that the French album will be released before English, so those of you that predicted as such back in 2024 are likely going to be correct.

Interesting they are giving the English translation and asking in English, on her socials “what word would you use most” - have they ever done that for a French single? I’ve a feeling it might be bilingual
