I do not mean to minimise anything, but I think Celine also benefits from FOMO. Not just in relation to SPS but also from the fact that so many talented people recently passed away. Dolly Parton, for example. Such profound losses make people realise that even living legends won't be around forever. Again, this is not to minimise how culturally important Celine is for Francophone regions. I just think it is a contributing factor to the current response.

I wouldn’t say “public scrutiny.” The overwhelming response all over the world was positive, and relieved. It was a tiny corner of the internet that had anything to say about her lip syncing.

I looked on iTunes and saw that she's worked with Ycare before on an arrangement for voice and violin. I bet it's a new All By Myself arrangement. I don't know why that would be a surprise for "tomorrow" though...

The Sept. 12 approach has me feeling like a straight-up insane person trying to solve the puzzle of everything. 🤣 I can't sleep anymore from adrenaline + becoming nocturnal outside the hotel. I don't want to go to my job or, like, buy groceries. Céline should have let us know sooner about that pilates regime, and we all should have done that with her these past months to train for this, because my elder millennial body going to give out by the end of October 🤣

I know, and there's nothing wrong with that. The dishonest thing, though, is that people in Celine's inner circle, like Scott Price, felt the need to lie to the media by pretending that Celine sang live at the Olympics when she didn't.

The same goes for Jackie Lombard, who claimed in Le Parisien last week that Celine never lip-synced during the 2016 and 2017 tours and won't lip-sync at the upcoming Paris concerts.... like c'mon girl! Just ignore the questions about lip-syncing. Give a vague answer if you want, but don't blatantly lie. The level of dishonesty of these people is quite something.

Hi guys, I don't know if anyone has mentioned this already, but I just needed to vent a bit and see if anyone else feels the same way.

Lately, the whole situation outside her hotel has been making me so uncomfortable. Fans waiting for her has always been a thing, but now it feels full of random people just looking for clout, TikTok views, or self-promotion. Seeing people treat her like content rather than a human being is just gross.

And don't even get me started on all these casual observers saying "that's not the real her" or spreading clone theories... Anyone who's actually followed her for years recognizes her instantly. Her heart, humor, and energy are 100% still her.

Is all this extra noise driving anyone else crazy, or are you guys just managing to ignore it?
