I contacted them asking to add another night at the hotel and the responded to be in about 12 hours asking me to book it myself and then to contact them with the reseration number.   How lazy when I was spending so much money.  The good news is they didn't ask me why the hell I had already booed it.

So, how far in advance does the AXS waiting room open? I’m thinking of getting up an hour before to get tickets but I’m wondering if I should try even earlier. Just getting so stressed lol

This is really an important stage in Celine's career that puts her star status at another level.  It reminds me of when Barbra Streisand did her  tour in 1993 (and her previous one was 1996).  Granted, those were the days people queued for tickets and called ticket master.  But there was total craziness and it make her diva status even more solidified. Barbra was 52 then.

Honestly I think your number on the queue will be completely random even if you join soon. For Shakira in Madrid I joined Ticketmaster waiting room from my laptop at 9:30 and then I also joined from my phone around 9:55. When they opened at 10 I had around 2000 people ahead of me on my phone and more than 25000 on my laptop. So who knows how that system works...

I called customer service yesterday and asked the lady a bunch of questions and they said it was fine. And my email with all the confirmation came from their official website, so I’m not worried. I honestly didn’t even know the package was available, I accidentally found it by clicking around the axs presale website. Just crazy!

Actually the link was on the Fnac's presale page so I assume it was on AXS too. It wasn't hidden.

I’d prefer to know too. But given the enormous mess this whole ticketing process is, I choose to just be happy to be fairly certain of a decent seat. All these lottieries were seriously messing with my head, so I’m glad that I’m not losing sleep over it anymore.

I tried signing up to those french website... And both my phone and my work computer get the same error message about unusual behavior, and they are connected to different Networks... I don't think tomorrow I'll get any luck🙄

I changed my booking from a Double room to two Single rooms yesterday evening, they told me: all is guaranteed! I paid in advance in total. No more worries!
