I managed to get the tickets via AXS and paid them.properly. And now I cannot manage to access  to AXS app I am a bot. I tried everything no VPN, multiple devices, password changes, nothing helps. Contacted AXS customer service provided them with all the detailes and they just told - it will selfresolve. It truly does. And after a few hours I am back in the loop - and declared a bot. I am desperate. What should I do?

Be careful -- VIP packages are not transferable and might require ID

Is it different than the Event Travel package ? Wasn't the Ticketmaster Artist Presale last Tuesday?

Tuesday was the artist presale and this is the Paris La Défense Aréna presale, which is still open until the end of tonight France time (a few more minutes only). 

(Different from the Event Travel packages, which is a 3rd party vendor with a partnership.)

Well, I didn’t fight the presale fiasco like many of you. But I going to try tomorrow in general sale. Not holding my breath, but if I don’t try then I will never know. Any advice? How early to login in and it’s AXS, right? Thank you!! Merci beaucoup!!

An hour earlier at least, I'd say.  And on different devices do AXS, FNAC, and I'd try another like Carrefour Spectacles.  Double check you've made an account with every one. I am rooting for you!

Thank you! Have 2 devices. So will try AXS and Carrefour Spectacles unless they don’t recognize different tabs on the same device. Set up CS tonight and I will go look at FNAC now. Thanks!

I totally had forgot about FNAC! Going to try that as well. At this point, I just need tickets in the building. I’m afraid to be too picky I’m just gonna grab what I can find, and quick!

Congrats to all here successfully getting the tickets!! Just a quick reminder to all without a stay package that rmb to book your stay VERY soon… I felt like I’m in some dynamic pricing game like AXS when I surfing around different booking sites yesterday, it has been a struggle with my already bleeding wallet…🫠

To everyone who booked tickets and hotel accomodations via Event Travel: did you manage to extend your stay? If so, how did you do it? Do I need to contact the hotel or something like that?

Hi,

I’m currently on the AXS page. ( https://www.axs.com/celine2026 )
When I go into the Céline Dion sales page and click on the show dates, I’m taken to a page that says the registration has ended.
(Of course, I registered in early April during the presale.)

Will this change at 10:00 AM CEST and the sale will suddenly open?
I’m worried that I’m not on the right page and that I’ll miss the ticket sale.

I am finding the same...no waiting rooms open yet:  AXS, Ticketmaster, FNACS, La Defense arena
