16 concert residency at La Defense Arena in Paris in September/October 2026

Jokes aside, thank you for that. One of the things I love about Céline and about her fans is that niceness and goodness still matter above all. The world is so hard and there is so much cynicism out there. One of the things that has kept me here for 35 years is that niceness and humanity. 💙

As I said previously I used Event Travel to see her in Paris in 2016. I already had tickets to Montreal so decided against going to Paris as well. A few months l regretted it but the tickets were sold out. I found a package for 2 fairly decent tickets and twin room in an Ibis available on my birthday. A different world back then, wasn't much more expensive than if I had bought the tickets and booked the hotel myself.

I got an amazing seat for opening night thanks to the FNAC code someone posted here, way to expensive, but with this shitshow it was really an all or nothing decision. And many thanks to all the others that helped me and the rest out. Eventually many joined in to help, but the stress it has given us all. Damn!

Happy to see that eventtravel worked well for lot of you, now everyone is stuck with a 1 night sleepover at a hotel haha.

Let's hope that in the future things will be different, though I guess this is really a once in a lifetime event.

I can only dream about the moment the lights go out, spotlight hits the stage and we see her silhouette again. I hope the cheers and applause will be deafening.

I'd also been thinking about what T shirt to wear for the show – had been thinking of something with a tree 🌳, her Sans Attendre cover maybe, something to indicate being here for the tree... but now I guess it's saying EVENT TRAVEL instead 😂

Even the thought of how many of us have always been there for the tree makes me weep 😭😭😭 I think it’s a true testament to what an amazing artist and human Céline is, how she’s always graceful yet quirky, and ultimately just herself through and through.

A shared t-shirt for everyone who has suffered here for days would be Great.

Maybe with the old-fashioned Eventteam logo or a tree.

I admit, I don't have a Celine t-shirt yet—this will be my first concert 🫶

Absolutely. Thia whole process is hell and it’s heartbreak for millions of people. Sad doesn’t even begin to describe it. They clearly took a completely wrong approach, not acknowledging those of us who had tickets for the Courage tour, the Team Celine people being virtually radio silent, the whole lottery system 🤯

With the reports that seating capacity is reduced to 30k…does this mean she could have an interesting stage design? Maybe one that extends out in the crowd? Or is it just because the 40k capacity is based on a large standing area and her shows are fully seated?

I’m glad lots of people were able to get tix. I signed up but truthfully, don’t think I can do it. I would have loved to have gone but my finances are not letting me this year, haha. 
 

it would have been cool if they curated single person packages where people can stay in maybe a hostel type accommodation that’s booked up, with all Celine fans staying there. Would be a cold and fun way to get to know people IRL,

 

Or if we had the funds and coordination on here, do something similar. It would be cool to stay with dedicated fans and explore Paris with a common thread we both have. 
 

but yeah, it’s gonna be an exciting year 🙌
