To be honest, given what Céline is doing (e.g. adding shows on consecutive nights) and communicating to us (e.g. “I will still sing TPOL with all my heart”), I really don’t expect her to appear limited in any way during these shows. I don’t expect easier songs, more lipsync, shorter shows or less moving around. I think there will be a lot of stuff that happens behind the scenes that we don’t see, but Céline is obviously telling us that she will be a true force when she steps onto that Paris stage, everything we’ve come to expect from her and more.

My thought is that shes been working on that show for many years now. As she said in 2024 in interviews, they've been working on it. Even in the I Am movie with Dave when they were watching Help, I guess they were bringing up ideas. I guess even the canceled 2021 Vegas show. They must've had it ready by then. 

What I mean is that she surely rehearsed plenty and knows exactly how it's gonna be. When she says she's ready, I believe it. Unlike before when we could sense she was not so ready when starting a tour / residency. 

I think it's gonna be one of the most perfectly executed show.

Some of her covers were quite good.

I loved NMQP, Bond Medley, TSMGO to name a few. But I agree, if she does it for herself to keep it fun she has a lot of songs of her own that deserve a live performance.

I wonder...will Celine be able to perform in Paris?...there are so many shows...she has a progressive neurogical disorder... SPS...there is no cure for her disorder...do you think she will cancel some of the shows? maybe she has some rigorous treatment, but we had so many emotions if she could sing in Paris at the opening of the Olympic Games...and now...how can she be ready for so many shows? She had to cancel tour dates in 2022 and 2023 due to the condition. Maybe they found a cure for her condition? Or just a very good treatment and intensive therapy?

Celine herself said back during the documentary press that when she came back she trusted her team to cancel the show if need be and that “it would probably happen” at some point… basically she’s ready to be back but nobody should be pissed if and when the day comes where she needs to cancel that odd show. Let’s hope it doesn’t happen! She could cancel for a cold, so anything is possible. Buy tickets and hope for the best.

We should all be grateful to Amanda Piquet for that. In addition to being an excellent doctor and researcher, she seems  to be genuinely kind and empathetic. Perfect match for Céline ! Her physiotherapist too.

With the health question, I just keep thinking about how she has had this condition but undiagnosed for SO long, and look what she pulled off all those years. That was with no diagnosis, no medical team, and only self-medication for the symptoms. Now she has (hopefully) the best care and treatment out there, a whole team around her, a strategy in place, support, protocols, etc. She's been in therapy, in training, in rehabilitation.

We all know what a perfectionist she is and how disciplined she is; I don't think she'd come back unless she were confident. (But also, like @Nmj said, I really, really hope people will show her grace if she ever does have to cancel a show.)

It's just a needless decoration/ad. You can print tickets for anything but Céline as tickets for her shows are only virtual.

Forgot to mention, but my friend’s Bf who’s not a fan (but we made him register) received the email for the presale. We tried to get 4 tickets for the premiere, but we were only able to get September 16th.
