I had been thinking about ticket options and checking different sources since last week. At first, I thought it would be better to wait, as some people who already bought tickets might later change their plans and resell them through official channels. However, considering the huge demand and all the media attention, I’ve started to think it may be difficult to secure a ticket later on 🤷🏼‍♀️

I checked the La Défense Arena website yesterday, and they were still selling tickets with VIP packages, or as they call them, experience packages. I decided to invest in that option, as I’m not sure a better or cheaper opportunity will come up later.

I’m not sure if anything is still available now, but it could be something to consider for those who really want to go and are willing to pay a bit more for the extra experience before the show.

But please, do not buy tickets from random strangers.

If anyone is also going on 2 October, I’d be happy to meet up before or after the event!

And good luck to everyone still looking for tickets! I think RTL is doing the lucky draw today.

And TLBSEBT for the general fans at least. For us it was nothing new since she performed it in 2016/2017 as well. But I didn't mind since I love her performing that song. I’d be delighted if she performed many obscure tracks just like on the 2017 tour even though some were cut after few shows. We got The Colour of My Love, Love Is All We Need, Misled, Treat Her Like A Lady, My Love, Refuse to Dance. Also some songs that were lipped in the past were performed live like I Drove All Night and Taking Chances.

From what I´ve seen, buying those packages won´t guarantee you a good seat. I´ve seen rows 60 or more for people who bought them now. You get free drinks etc. if I got it right, but if what you are after is a good seat rather wait for Ticketmaster resale or even Viagogo, it will be equally expensive but at least you know what you are getting.

The seats aren’t good indeed for the value. But at least it’s official. With ViaGoGo you never know if you have a legal ticket. And they do warn in front that you could be dismissed if it’s a false booking. Even up til today it’s on the booking page of Ticketmaster.

I have bought and sold tickets on Viagogo many times with no issues. I´m not saying things couldn´t happen, but if I´m not wrong they hold money until the buyer is able to use the ticket. If you report that you were not able to access the concert, they won´t release the money to the seller. Not defending Viagogo or anything, just sharing my experience.

Personally, I’m gonna wait for resale tickets. I don't think I'll go unless I can find decent seats at a fair price. Between the flights and accommodation, it’s going to cost a fortune. I’d rather just wait for Montreal.

I have a Prestige package from Event Travel that I bough through a link that was posted here. Thank you @cdurand54. If it hasn't been for this link, I'd end up with no ticket because my attempts to get one during the general sale were futile.

I've bought through Event Travel too and will be going on my own to the opening night. I wonder if they'll try and place all those that have bought single tickets together. It would be lovely to celebrate  the event on the night with other fans, ideally people from the forum. I wonder if a little group of us could get together and ask Event Travel to consider that. Might be a big ask, but whose up for it?

Fair enough, but I decided to buy what is left and just be sure about the date and that I am really going. The place is published when you proceed with payment. It is in category 1 I guess, but of course not sure about the exact location as I did not manage to find a proper plan for this concert. Let it be a surprise 😅

For the shows in 2008 in Bercy it was the same concept, at least for me. You were not able to choose the exact place, only a category. 

However, I don’t impose to follow this idea, each of us decides by themselves depending on circumstances. Just shared my personal thoughts.
