In any case, it's a pretty d*ck move to actively unfollow someone who did so much to elevate your career. He'd never have the following he has without her, wouldn't be doing TV shows in Quebec & selling his art all over the world, probably wouldn't even be a stylist if she hadn't come up with the idea of giving him the job.

I do not know anything reliable. It is just that to unfollow someone you personally know on Instagram shows you want to cut them off and you want them to know it. It is an aggressive move, in my opinion. Pepe gained so much from Celine, and probably felt entitled to gaining even more.

OK silly thought and a bit of wishful thinking. But what IF muscle spasms are triggered by lights and loud noise IF the patient is not very used to them? Most of us are not! Maybe Celine will not have a problem since her body is accustomed to these circumstances? I mean, she is the only singer that we know of to suffer SPS.

 

I'm the same, I don't think the lights and sounds trigger her (and obvs it doesn't given the Katy Perry concert lol). I have a pet theory about her case, but not sure anyone would be interested except me lmao. My surprise that she was out and about was more after the distress from Quebec insider's post. Silly as it may sound because it was an anon poster, but I gave it realistic value given their family history and the radio silence. (Hope that user was just misinformed and wasn't malicious trolling.)

I think the docu is finished now. Maybe she even filmed recently after she appeared in public. Who knows, maybe she even had cameras following her battle with the disease. But what about that Netflix rumors that started years ago? Was it this docu that they filmed all this time?

That 'Netflix-rumour' is something that originated on this board because Netflix started following Cëline on socials. At no point has there been any word of it even being in the works.

It honestly doesn’t matter if Pepe follows Celine, whether they are still friends or not. She doesn’t control her account, so it’s not likely they stay in touch through Instagram as friends. Should we start going down the list of celebrities who don’t follow Celine on Instagram and assume they must not be friends? Cher doesn’t…and we do know that they are friends. Well, he still mentions her as a client on his Insta, so professionally he'd have every reason to still follow her.

 

Anyway, it's one thing to not follow her. But he actively unfollowed her. In fact, he unfollowed her, then got some flak over it from fans and followed her again. Only to unfollow her again when people stopped paying attention.

Celine has met Katy multiple times, I’m wondering if Celine didn’t go backstage and meet Katy in addition to watching the show. Also there seems so be very little footage of Celine after the show began most of it seems to be prior to the show starting so I’m wondering if she took off before the finale in order to leave the theatre fast and safely.

I believe that was prior the show starting as that photo was released same time as the others.

No I’m “assuming” that when she spoke with Celine that she asked her how she was doing, and that Celine must’ve responded with something like “I have my good days and bad days”. I would find it surprising if she didn’t at least ask Celine how she’s doing.

So happy to see her. Wow, the feeling is so good. Happy that she is able to go back to a public life, I mean, going out etc...

 

But so many question:

 

Where is she exactly in her disease control ? How can she even pretend to go back to live shows with such an unpredictable disease, with "good and bad days"? Is she just in the process of integrating her disease in her everyday life ?

 

Valerie Lemercier was interviewed yesterday and if she never got news directly from Céline it looks like she had some insight from her management somehow. Her pitch was basically: she should rest and not go back that quickly. Plus, she was saying that René was the link with the fans and Céline was very private. We can see it that now.

 

I'm just happy her condition allow her to entertain herself in her good days. Questionning a lot now her way to go back to business and if she's even able to at the end ? Or just for recording in studio here and there ?

I mean, she sings a few notes every time she opens her mouth, so that’s entirely in character. (And as we know it’s often her avoidance technique - it’s where she goes if she’s asked a question she doesn’t want to answer.) In any case, from this and her demeanor from what little we saw in these two outings, she’s still same old goofy Céline, so that’s heartening!

of course she's going to say that. She's not cured, but clearly even visually she's VERY mobile and looks great. She clearly has a very mild form. The Vegas residency is 100% happening. Don't forget Resorts World has a signed contract with her. She is a partner according to their language and she, according to the top executives helped design the theatre itself in terms of what she wanted. She has said right from the beginning of her disease that she can't wait to be back on stage when she can. This will be it. And as much as some of us don't like Resorts World ( i cant judge- wasnt there), its her new home. No need to hold the presses. Its coming.
