Thank you so much for your work and effort translating these gems! this special really is awesome and a perfect tribute to the album. They’ve put a lot of effort into that special. I wish every album would have a special like this. It’s just such a shame that the album didn’t do that well on the charts.

I have watched only the first 8 minutes and it looked very correct. And I know it's a very hard work. But the parody in the car with René is not accurate. She says :

Then it's correct. I am not totally sure of what I heard. Also I really don't know what she was refering to. I don't know the series.

The kid has school tomorrow, the dinner is not ready. ..." the rest is correct. I just added the golf course that was longer than expected.

Damn, I apologize for those parts. The truth is that I originally translated it into Spanish about 3 years ago. For that specific part and the funny moment in the car, I used my Spanish translation as a bridge-translation into English. That's probably the reason why a few parts were lost

The golf part was OK. It's just funny the way she talks about a 9-hole course then she decides to go up to 18. The Pop-tart was tricky. I thought "Is she really saying Papa with an accent from Québec ? Then I thought "It sounds like Pop-Tarts" I searched Pop-Tarts on Wikipedia and it says "Pop-Tarts regained popularity thanks to the series Têtes à claques". I thought "So that's it"

 

Wikipedia should read "Pop-Tarts regained popularity thanks to Céline Dion's parody of Têtes à Claques." :-D
