Noticed if you go through the list of dates on ticketmaster and zoom in slightly on the map, you see all the available seats in blue/orange/pink and through that its safe to say IMO, this NA leg has done exceptionally well. Hundreds of thousands of tickets sold to someone who will next year have been in the Anglophone markets for 30 years is... insane to say the least

So the hotel is still under construction?

They're putting Queen Celine in a hotel sans pool for 3 weeks?! :shocked: :giggle:

In all seriousness though - rest of team (and Celine?) arriving on site tomorrow, right?

I'm shocked that we're pretty much 17 days out from the start of the tour and there's still no announcement of an opening act. While I'm sure she will have an opening act, it is something to think about that maybe she's finally decided that she alone is enough. :hmm:

She is enough that’s why we are going but there better be an opening act for what they charged per ticket.

What did I miss? On site where?

 

Quebec. Centre Videotron. On-site rehearsals start this week. Team Celine bought out ~90 rooms (i.e. basically all the finished ones) at the new Le Capitole hotel in Quebec City.

I think (hope) they're all going back to work in earnest post Labor Day and news will now probably start coming fast and furious. I expect rehearsal pics / videos to come shortly - believe they take possession of the first venue tomorrow.

Instead of Opening act.. Why not show video montage of Céline’s residency show from 2003-2019? :)

erm because this is not a residency show and a brand new tour! :shrug: :doh:

If anything they should either show the goodbye Vegas video, or a follow up to that!

I know it’s not residency show. There’s nothing wrong in showing a montage of her hardwork in Las Vegas.. It’s on the creative team on how will make the clips more interesting to show.

 

At least, it’s all about céline and no one will complain about that like.

 

Where’s céline? It’s so long (while the opening act is still performing)

Imagine like this. A montage then continuation to the new chapter of her life, a new show. But for this tour, they should make it creative. More energetic. More fun to look at.

 

For the intro video for this new tour. It should be like in TCWT. Very creative. But i think they are already done in making the intro video for this new tour :)

They gonna use the 'Ciao Las Vegas' video with the drags, and open up with I drove all night. :P

 

Though it still would be cool to have them as the opening act :wub:

I really hope the setlist is mind-blowing. If it isn’t, this may be the first Celine Dion tour I sit out.

and I'm glad to see how well goes the ticket sells for her shows for the next year!

Lolll she always says that for everything.

 

I feel it's a Celine with a totally new attitude, or might it be the effect

after seeing her last fashion stuff lol so I wish to see that happens also with her Music/Tour.

 

I hope the fans for the shows before the launch of the new album

will get something really nice and that she won't cut out the good stuff as the Tour progress:)
