Well yes, that’s bound to happen at some point, surely. Adele still has quite a few shows left in the run though, no?

 

But Céline seems to have a seasons pass/ private box at T-Mobile arena and probably goes to the games with the kids fairly regularly, we just don’t know about it unless she visits the locker room and some starstruck Canadian team posts about it on their socials. Hence my comment.

 

Maybe cousin Madonna can get her to come out to guest judge the Vogue ballroom contest in Vegas next week. (It’s been such a hodgepodge of people throughout the tour - Jean Paul Gaultier, Diplo, Donatella Versace, Pamela Anderson, Stella McCartney, Kelly Ripa, Amy Schumer, Santa Claus… you never know who you’re gonna get!

I hope we see her soon again. And yes, Adele wraps up her Vegas Residency in mid June. Maybe Celine is waiting for the final show like she did for Katy? I do find it odd that she’s seen Katy twice that we know of and hasn’t seen Adele yet and we all know from Celine’s mouth how much she loves Adele and also, Adele has taken time to see Celine in Vegas and also Hyde Park.

Adele's residency started just after the pandemic, no? That's around the time Celine canceled due to SPS, so she hasn't had the chance to go see her like she did Katy on tour and now at her residency.

 

I believe she will go to Adele's final show. And hopefully, if she goes, we get bts pics of the two.

There’s also BMI (https://repertoire.bmi.com/) and SESAC (https://www.sesac.com)

Those are just the main US PROs (Performing Rights Organizations).

Every country has their own (sometimes several) - SOCAN in Canada (https://www.socan.com/), APRA AMCOS in Australia (https://www.apraamcos.com.au/), etc.

If you’re looking for a particular song, it depends which society the songwriter(s) are registered with.

Brian Mulroney, former Canadian Prime Minister (1984-93) has died.

Here he is with Celine around that time.

His wife, Mila, was a patron of the Canadian Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, along with Celine. His son, Ben, is an entertainment journalist who has interviewed Celine many times. I believe she also participated in various fundraisers they organized over the years.

Celine withdrawals now… sounds weird to stay because before her hockey appearance and the Grammys we haven’t seen Celine in years, but I was getting used to seeing her pop up… hopefully we see her soon and I can’t wait to have a release of the Amazon doc.

Hmmm. She’s right across the street from the Metropolitan Museum of Art. But there’s nothing all that interesting on the side of the street she’s on to give us any indication of why she was here. The Paley Center for Media Arts is right near there, She may be staying at the Baccarat Hotel which is on West 53rd, across from the MOMA.

There’s a live audience. I saw Justin Timberlake on Kelly Clarkson and it was weeks before his appearance aired. We weren’t asked to sign anything. I’ve never actually signed an NDA for any show that I’ve gone to see. There’s really no way to contain that kind of spread of information. There’s virtually no way to find out of someone told someone else that a guest was there.
