I think it’s about the rumor that Céline is going to adopt a girl. They have no proof of this other than she has said it in passing in interviews a few years back. Their other “evidence” is that everyone is dying and so she only has her kids now so why wouldn’t she add to the number.

 

I mean, she might but this is just stupid speculation at this point.

She said she wouldn’t rule it out...maybe one day. But the question was rude and I think she was being polite. Some people are just fine only having boys or only having girls.

I think she’s more classy/modest and serious on that era. You wouldn’t normally see her doing unusual ‘crazy’ movements like she’s doing now. I think now she just wants to have fun more.

 

Or if you see her ‘uninspired forced to work’ maybe because of the amount of shows she did back in A New Day (1st residency show). Performing in the desert every night. 5 nights a week. I think no one can do that since it’s very tiring. She’s been doing that for 5 years.

 

And also I wouldn’t be surprised if Rene forced céline to learn how to lipped more since again that amount of shows she will do on that era. Compared to now, she’s more free, she lipped less because less shows too

OMG! :w00t: Apparently there is a video of Celine on Tik Tok at a tanning salon called Harbor Lights in Canton. She was seen by two girls who didn't realize it was Celine until she left the salon. The video was taken before her concert in Baltimore.

I just saw it Instagram. The owner or a worker at the tanning salon posted a picture of Celine and someone else posted that they were so jelly and that they saw the Tik Tok video of 2 girls who didn't realize it was Celine until she left the salon. People are currently talking about Celine's appearance at the tanning salon in the New English Album topic of the forum

That was just the most recent. Before that it was something along the lines of "she wanted her mother cremated so she could take ashes on tour with her" and a week before that, something about how she has people stationed at every elevator door so she never has to press a button and wait for an elevator.

 

They're just relentless, the both of them. Seems like every week it's something. And I don't understand why French press keeps giving this woman airtime. She's no more an expert or insider than most of us on this forum - we could all read a bunch of other people's articles and connect dots and make all sorts of conjectures. That does not a scoop or an "official biographer" make. And they keep putting her forth as such, which is complete BS. Everything she does or says is cobbled together from other people's articles and, more commonly, tabloid rumors. She's just infuriating.

I agree. Also, remember back in April 2019 she did an interview about her beauty secrets or something in which she said she doesn’t agree to fake tans and she only tans naturally. I guess she isn’t really that sincere after all...

She probably considers a spray tan to be fake and a tanning bed tan to be natural as her skin is truly baking.

Just curious -- do we know what Céline has been up to while in New York, aside from the concerts? She's had a few days between shows, and she's been seen out and about, and the fashion press is taking notice. I am just curious if we know anything about what she's been doing when she's been seen around town. To be clear, I am not implying that she has to be working on non-show days, or anything like that. Obviously she could very well (and deservedly) just be enjoying leisurely strolls around town in haute couture, and gracing us with impromptu photo ops. Pure curiosity here.

I personally think Babs is the type of person who would scoff at the use of #WomensHistoryMonth to showcase past duets and collabs...as she is very political and an activist. Could be wrong, though.
