I´ve spend many hours yesterday and check the most countries and everything where this performance oc All by myself is from ... And i can´t match it with some concert....

The audio is not from the TC Tour. It's from one of the LTAL bootlegs (New York, maybe?)...

 

That user has quite a rep of posting videos that aren't so legit as far as audio is concerned.

This time I'll be using the "my world is a better place, becaaaause of youuuuuuuu" note in BYLM.

 

I'm kinda having trouble finding a big number of performances for this song (I've found ten, but know there are tons more).

 

So far I have: TES 2007, Ellen 2007, Oprah 2007, Brunei, Memphis, London 1996, Oprah 1997, TATST 1998, Oscar's 1997, Royal Variety 1997.

 

Like I said, I know there are more but can't find them. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

It is actually at :55, not 1:55 :) And it looks SOOOOOO so so much like Celine, but I highly doubt it was Celine, she wouldn't be doing a movie at the moment, or before when it was actually filmed months ago, so. But it is cool she has someone out there that is her twin!!
