And I wouldn't be surprised if it didn't come with much warning.

Ashes, Celinununu, BST were all surprises. They seem to have taken to that lately.

So I wouldn't be surprised if one day we'd just wake up to a new song.

I hope both of you are right. If she'll be singing more than one new song during BST then they should be releasing those songs between now and then. Fingers crossed for a music video or two. Plus the commercial she filmed in Paris.

 

I've been thinking about the rumours about Netflix and I think if anything is happening there it's a release of the Vegas show. I wish and hope it were about more but I don't think it will be more than that.

Who created Céline's classic logo in 1993? Who is the author behind it? I never saw any reference on her album booklets giving credits to the design of this trademark logo in Céline's career :hmm:

 

I assume it wasn't Céline or René's own creation or someone from their team and that it was commissioned to some designer because it suddenly disappeared from all her music releases since 2003 and until its comeback in the 2017 Un peu de nous, so I assumed there should exist some kind of legal problem for its use on her album covers during all this years. But this is all conjectures of course :hmm:

They were probably trying to move away from that traditional Celine sound so felt the old logo wouldnt fit..

It's a nice logo but it makes me think of cheesy love power ballads. Kind of different from the Celine of Taking Chances (even A New Day has Come is already pretty different) and on imo.

I did so too!! Imo the classic celine logo just breaths everything Celine is: elegance, class, grace and timelessness! :wub2:

I´m not 100% sure, if this is live, her voice sounds a bit 1996 here at some parts...please help me out. I don´t think that DOL was lipped in 2011. but I want to be sure about it ;)

I think it was Sony's PR team. In the TCOML TV special 1993 (metropolis) there was a small part of a teammeeting and they showed that the staff brainstormed about Celine's career (TPOL/TCOML etc.).

I always thought that this logo is based on her handwritten signature. When you campare it with this official logo you will see the similarity very clearly

I saw a few posts talking about the classic Celine logo. My best friend and I just painted or wall with chalkboard paint last week and I just had to leave my mark on it...I’ve had this down pat since I was 11 years old LOL
