Rene said that Celine and him plan on going to New York to try to have their baby and then they'll go to their golf site "Le Mirage" during summer and they'll enjoy their holidays.

Not 1999 but 1998, hard to tell but one of the shows in August or September. Not Boston as it wasn't this costume yet and nothing after the Canadian shows in October as the costume changed to a grey bosysuit.

I think the grey outfit started in either Dec 1 in Albany, New York, because the Dec 5 concert in Halifax, Canada, already used this grey outfit.
