I heard 'Taking Chances' play at the mall today :D

 

Yeah I thought we were supposed to get an interview too. Maybe they decided to wait until the fall?

Davey, do you mean AND or the current show? AND it is March 2nd, 2007, and also opening night.

 

The current show I'd say 4/15, 3/22, 3/25, and 3/26. The same person who recorded the last three recorded a couple other shwos as well, but they used a different app on their iPhone and these shows turned out much better. The person who recorded 4/15 used the same app.

 

And Claudette, Taking Chances was performed at the last 15 or so shows in Nov. and Dec. of 2007. It replaced "If I Could" and don't forget that they put "The Christmas Song" in the show as well. :P

Yeah, she sung it at the Olympia concert but it remains to be omitted from the live CD. I'm not sure if there is another performance of it.

Is it just me, or do any of y'all notice how the album Celine Dion has a more Jazz feel to it? While I love her TCOML and FIY ballads, I like how the songs on CD seem a bit softer.. I think it's a bit more calmer then her other 90s albums. Edited by Raevaz

Lol. Thanks, hahaa. Yeah, when I'm bored (which is most of the time lol) I am usually on wikipedia browsing through her tours and looking at setlists...and I'm on YouTube brownsing through different eras as well typing in celine dion live 1992 or whatever, and just finding new performances. :P

 

All that and the vocal range videos I've made has required me to spend a lot of time looking through performances to find the "best" material lol.

Does anyone watch the Glee Project? The other night, they were doing duets and two people sang River Deep Mountain High. And the other day when I went to a friend's house someone in the hallway of her building was blaring her, that same song. So cool!

Sorry if this has already been mentioned somewhere else!

Alison Eastwood is off to Vegas for that interview with Céline that she told us about like a month and a half ago. I think, that this means that we should be getting news about various subjects probably within the next month.

I think this video is from the release of the album (thus playback :( )

 

 

Tyler, it's not sure she really sang Oxygène live @ the Olympia concert. The only 'proof' we had was the fact that a video tape of that particular concert was listed on a site with the cd setlist + oxygène... so it's still only a rumour... I kinda doubt she actually sang it :confused: , though I would love to hear it live :in_love:
