if we are going for hits in the UK, she also should sing the following ones:

Immortality (was at number 5 in the British charts)

Tell him (number 3)

Call the man (number 11)

and One heart (number 27) maybe this one as a part of a uptempo medley :) that would be cool

I kinda talked myself out of going.... I’m still excited it’s happening and can’t wait to see the set list etc but festivals aren’t really my thing.... I’m over the moon she is doing this though!

Me too. It will be amazing but I will wait for another tour. Have been spoiled these last years with Céline, and I don’t want to go alone.

First it was eyebrows and her weight and her face now its live arrangements. Everyone here agrees that scotts 2017 arrangement was powerful and epic. Please stop

Hey guys, such as an amazing breaking news it was right?? :w00t: :w00t: :w00t: :w00t: :w00t: :w00t: :w00t: :w00t: I cannot believe she is back to Europe and lucky me to London.... :wub: :wub: :wub: :w00t: :w00t: :w00t: :w00t: :w00t: I have been checking for the prices, and primary area and golden seems to have the chance to entrance before... however the golden's option seems like allow you to move from this area to primary if we wish..according to the official website... I think you can seat down in the golden area (which is a plus having in mind I would not standing up 6 hours listening to others singers that I could not care at all :giggle: )

 

May I ask, for those Celine's fans who are living around London, to keep in touch ?? it would be lovely to catch up sometime .

you have the choice to leave and return between the diamond circle into the summer garden any time you wish though.

 

are you sure? that was a reason for me to get the Launch Golden circle one ....but it seems to be sold out. However there is Golden circle which I am not sure if will have the same option you have mentioned above :hmm:

I think the one in une seule fois is better since they use the original studio instrumentals whichs sounds more alive, and really fits the modern style of that genre

This is what I expect to happen, too. She and her team have never really been keen on amazing setlists save 2016. We all know the reason for that, though.

thanks for that! I was confused before. The Gold one says allow you to leave and return from the gold area into the admission general. I know the access to the Garden is so expensive. I think I will go for the Gold. if you are coming we should meet up!!

Just got a diamond ticket. It has been difficult to convince friends to join me for that price. Some might show up for the general tickets but in any case, if anyone wants to meet up (based in London or travelling to London), I would love to meet fellow fans.

2012 was when she was still in copy paste mode.

 

Since 2015 with the exception of the 2018 tour for obvious reasons, shes pulled out multiple unexpected songs and great set lists ala Vegas 2015, 2016 and 2017 tours and i mean who wouldve thought in a million years for her Aretha tribute she wouldve done A change is gonna come ?

 

You pointed it out yourself, shes never been more creative with her shows than in the past 3-4 years.

 

 

The 2018 tour was a mess but we still got FIY and TLYM performed in full both for the first time in 20+ years. Playback or not its to be celebrated. And weve all kind of

Agreed that had she not been offset with illness, surgery and then a rest period, she wouldve definitely put more effort into it.

 

Not to mention yes Jamaica jazz and blues is a festival but this is a FESTIVAL. Like dancing,partying,drinking, crazy fun. Shes never done anything like this before

 

 

However at the end of the day I understand one of your points; its futile to guess what the set lists gonna be, fortunately we may get a sneak peek as she will probably do a soundcheck the day before the show (they dont do soundchecks on the day).

 

My friend Tori isnt going because she doesnt want a vegas repeat but she even said herself that if she pulls out Misled,THLAL,RTD/LIAWN, OH,WTWOLYR,SFL,Unison in full dance mode,any remix or ANDHC RR she will be really hacked off lol.

The death of Rene. The 2016 tour had much more emotion to it because the entire tour was blatantly dedicated to the love of her life. The “Law & Order” intro to “Ce soir on danse,” “The Show Must Go On,” and “Le vol d’un ange” are just a few examples.

Really strange to me that they'd release tickets before releasing the full line-up.

I mean, going to festivals, you go for the full thing, not just one act! Especially at some of those non-GA prices.

Don't they have weekend passes like other festivals? If so, wouldn't one want to know who's playing on the 6th and 7th?

 

Yeah it is..! the fact that there is no information regarding a full line-up.. Not a fan of festival at all, but like this should be another special occasion to see Celine again.. I feel like :wub: paying for a ticket JUST to see her no matter who else is playing this day... just paying to see her ^_^ .

I haven't read about weekend passes, it seems like for every day there is a singer for the festival (Bob Dylan, Robin Williams, etc)

Well I don't find it that odd, here in Colombia the biggest music festival releases tickets for "Creyentes (Believers)" before any lineup is announced and then on the prices keep increasing as the lineup is announced and the date of the concert gets closer.

Celine is opening the 1st weekend, no?

 

And Florence's support acts are largely announced, looks like.

 

In any case, I'd definitely want to know the full line-up, especially if they have package / weekend deals.

people wants hits, we want her songs, that's the problem, and may her team feel insecure about other choices
