No she rented that place.

I was surprised she didn't go to Montréal this time. That's until one of her nephew said earlier this summer that she wasn't going to Montréal.

But yeah if RC wasn't teasing us, he is starting Uni this week so Céline probably wants to be there to support him

Who knows, maybe after that Veronic will take her up on her offer and go to the carribean for a while

sums it all up. She really was at her best in this tour, gave her all, loved performing and entertaining the crowds, had the best crowds almost in every concert this tour. And last but not least...what a powerhouse she is! Out of this world vocals..wow her age does not seem to change vocally. It is incredible

Katy Perry was spotted at shopping mall in Auckland today before her concert tonight

Celine should have traveled around New Zealand a bit after the tour before heading back to States. All the way to NZ for 3 concert dates without sightseeing is a bit of wastage :)

Instagram postings in New Zealand location would be good.

Maybe an album cover too, wishful thinking..oh well

I hadn't seen this Ashes speech. She was so cute and silly (& funny, all this goes without say XD) but that audience was really weird. Felt like they weren't really paying attention to her and some guy kept yelling out. It's probably why she made the speech short here in comparison to her 10-12 min long ones.

Yes that person yelling is very annoying..not really polite also..and yeah the atmosphere was a bit akward? dunno something missing..or maybe that one person managed to annoy them all

Well to be frank...she is kinda rambling when telling that story and 60% doesn't make any sense... ;) Us big fans and most other fans still love it.

But there's always a minority that doesn't *get* her.... and some people are just drunk and do stupid stuff ;)

I can't really agree with you just because in the majority of the shows the audience was enthusiastic and you could hear them laugh and having fun. Maybe there were some moments of silence in very specific parts of the story (this guys are not acting! they're doing it for real..for example) but all in all the audience was better than the one shown in the video above. She does kinda ramble sometimes but i still think that the story makes sense to them. Ofc there will always be few that don't find her funny or amusing and especially in Asia, i believe the language barrier was an issue, meaning that i understand the asian public for not really "getting" her at all times, since many might not know very good english..but even there people laughed.. Don't know what happened in Brisbane that night. Oh well, as you said we still love it..hence we are not the best judges.

"and some people are just drunk and do stupid stuff ;)" Say that again!

Well there have been several reviews in the media that also said that she kinda didn't make sense during the Ashes speech at some points she really doesn't. And yes it's also partly a language barrier on her party (next to her non-English speaking audience). When she for example names the type of movies Ryan may want her to star in.. she basically explains a romantic movie 3 times lol (and in her head she probably means 3 different genres, but it doesn't come out that way). We get her, but a portion of people don't (and/or just laugh about anything)..

I agree with that, or most of that anyway. I just don't agree that this was the reason that particular audience was a bit akward and less enthusiastic than usual. I feel that few other things might have gone wrong that night, but i haven't watched much of that show, nor i remember those i did, so i might as well be wrong.

Anyone see the Lorraine show this morning? Apparently Dan Wootton spoke about Celine, about To Love You More. I’m assuming he saw the tour in Australia or New Zealand.

Thank you. Im so surprised I didn’t hear about that! 🤣

I went to her show in Auckland for two nights 11 Aug and 12 Aug. Majority of the audience laughed on her jokes, but I could see some youngsters not buying that joke.

I agree that the Ashes speech should have cut short or alternatively she could still talk about something else but spreaded out through the concert. It would be ideal if she could share her younger days when she did not know much of English etc just like in other documentaries

Yeah, she rambles and sometimes it becomes entirely nonsensical.

She does have great natural timing and delivery, but the content... well, it has its moments but she seriously needs an editor!

She rambles off the cuff. An editor would not save her.

I don't think she needs to edit anything. Like all comedy, not everyone is going to find the same things funny. I'd say, based on all the speeches we've seen and audience reactions, that around 70-80% of people enjoy her sense of humour and the Ashes bit. Most of the time we hear laughter from the audience, not little giggles.

If she wasn't getting the desired reaction I'm sure she would stop.

Besides, let's not forget she's not doing it to try and be a professional comedian. It's just she likes making people laugh and she finds her story gets good reaction. It's not to be taken too seriously imo. Not everything she does has to be perfect.

Yeah, well what I mean by that is she needs someone with enough guts to sit her down and tell her to cut out the stream-of-consciousness babble...

I still love her. As it all comes from her personality and her way of storytelling

Not a fan of these pictures with that look of her, not at all. Too over the top, she doesn't need to dress like that!

I really hope she's not looking like this for the photos of the new album :innocent:

Almost forgot about that haha.

Ah well at least we get something. It's funny how they went completely silent after the tour.

We know they are, but hoping for the best.

Would be interesting to notice the first days of the tour in Japan compared to the last one I attended in Auckland.

I really hope someone records it in hd and shares it here in the multimedia section. Would love to have the full concert on bluray and in 5.1 surround sound too though
