Ok just got home!!! Love it, Celine was in great shape! So good! And I was really surprised the audience was actually really good ! Cause I thought they would be a bit down or so cause many people dont really speak english here!!
For PQTME cause I saw macaos light I posted on tbe Taiwanese fans fb page to get the light out for it and we did it! I was almost in tears when that happened !!

And for sound check yes me and few friends recorded most of the songs!!!
And yes she sang all live!
*TPOL she sang it like 2 or 3 times but short, prince medley she sang the start of Kiss few times probably some problem with ear plug or something!
At the at 17 , ANDHC & Unison medley the staff start to put barriers for the entrance .... Amd when TLYM start they kind of force us out of that door entrance....

*theres staff at the arena stopping people to film the show!! ..... Pics r ok....
But of course not many listened lol

Is the merchandise shop inside or outside of the venue? Do you need a ticket to get to the shop?

Thing is, DVDs and CDs are fading. Itunes,Netflix,Amazon Prime even YouTube out gross any DVD or CD sale. Even normal DVDS are being phased out for BluRay only and BluRay will die as wel with the continuation of Netflix etc.

Even BARBRA STREISAND, an artist who whilst revered isnt on the same platform as Celine and is alot older and more old fashioned uploaded to Netflix instead of DVD/CD. I

It would make alot more sense for Netflix because 1) its alot more profitable and secure and 2) its the new wave of film and documentary

Like you guys are so desperate for a physical copy but concerts and live shows are all being released for Netflix “and thats the way it is”. If Barbra Streisand is uploading to Netflix, chances are Celine is too.

If a physical copy matters that much to you, download the movie (IF THERE EVEN IS ONE LMAO), change it into a Burnable file and burn it onto a disk or even upload it to a memory stick

Great show tonight. Thought she was a little nervous or anxious/emotional at the very beginning but she soon found her groove once she realised the audience were totally with her. All audience members around me found her very humorous and didn't seem to have any problem understanding her and laughing at her jokes. Totally knocked it out of the park with her performance we thought! How did you guys get into the soundcheck?

Id love to get into soundcheck at Melbourne. Knowing my luck she would come in, do LCMM once and leave lol. But its pretty easy id say. If you go to the venue before hand and go to the ticket collection desk, just ask for bathroom directions and head up to the performance area. Even if you just hang around in the lobby around 3-5pm you will hear her.

That is true but then you have those oldies who love CD’s I’m only 18 and I still buy CD’s, I don’t know there’s just something about physically having it that’s special! But I do think she needs to do electronic as well and cater to both types of people :-) I do buy a lot of Céline stuff digitally and physically so I can say there are pros and cons to both! The pros to digital is that it’s just overall an easier process but yet with physical it’s nice to have blue ray and all those DVD’s! But I think it’s time she goes more digital but yet keeps the physical as well.

It was absolutely breathtaking!! Poor Brendan he had to hear my terrible singing voice while he was recording a video lol I couldn’t stop singing that song with her haha

If this is a netflix produced documentary, it won't be released on physical support.
That's one of the features of a streaming platform...

The extended version is 3 hours long. And don’t forget, that it wasn’t even supposed to be released. It was meant as a personal family souvenir that they decided to share with the world. It was meant to touch on her experience as a whole while she toured the world. It was a world tour documentary and it depicted exactly that. It wasn’t meant to focus on one specific thing.

I love her hair when it is up for the medley and TLYM! Beautiful!

I love TTEOTW and it’s always a good introduction to show people to get a good glimpse of her amazing personality, combined with her music and amazing voice! It also shows how loved she is all over the world!

you are right, but somehow I never really believed the story that TTEOTW was never meant to be released and that it was just for them as a souvenir

I think they just wanted to appear humble and don’t make it obvious that it was a commercial move. Just like with the un soel fois concert in Quebeck that was advertised as a unique one time only event to sell all the tickets first and then there were professional cameras that filmed everything, it was sold to a private tv platform as an exclusive concert that you have to pay for if you wanted to watch it, and a year later it was released on DVD and CD. I believe that it’s all business.

Moreover, I also think that TTEOTW is kind of boring (sorry). We don’t get a lot of „private“ insights there. Just very neutral and nice stuff. I wish I could see more behind the scenes action like planning, creating the concept, her opinions on things, her real preperation and a detailed insight into her vocal exercises. Rehersals with her whole team, jam sessions (not just a simple soundcheck where she sings a song), but more of a documentary character film. Don’t get me wrong, there is no need for (fake) drama or a reality show material, but more in-depth stuff, kind of like the Let’s talk about love recording sessions. I think two boys and a new show was more interesting. Still, I prefer a docu about Celine, the artist and singer, not so much a mother and wife.

Lol, well I have a roof over my head, bills get paid, and I don’t have any debt. So I’m ok honestly 😂

There’s always other things I have to pay for, and as I only work 20 hours a week, I have to watch my pennies. Treat myself occasionally, just can’t treat myself to something like a laptop atm.

If this is on Netflix as people are starting to think, I shan’t be watching.

Don't you worry, CDs (or vinyls now) will never disappear. For the same reason as physical books will never disappear, because there's a good portion of public that is interested and wants to have the "thing" in their hands, there will always be a demand for music in physical format

Everyone thought vinyls had their days counted and the format had died, and here we are today, with almost every artists releasing their music on vinyl again and with sales that have already surpassed those of CDs and with the young generations of fans even appreciating the format.

Besides, if all kind of music in physical format were ever to disappear, what would any singer sign if he/she was asked for an autographed copy of his/her work??? The digital mp3 stored in the cloud? A mobile phone with the Spotify app installed?? It's ridiculous. Music will always have a place for copies of the work recorded on a tangible format

If it is on Netflix you can take the free trial (I think it's 1 free month) and then cancel your subscription right before the month ends and you won't have to pay anything

Blu-ray (and 4K HDR, the new thing) are only worth buying for the special features or for special case artwork, collectible editions, etc. But if there's nothing special to the case and, more importantly, no special features then buying a hard copy of the movie is pointless when it's available for streaming. Ofc, not all movies get put on streaming sites.

I think if Celine is releasing something on Netflix then that's a very smart move. The only people that would buy the DVD or Bluray would be hard core fans imo, while on Netflix it'll be available and likely to be viewed by a lot more people. Hard core fans, regular fans, and even non-fans.

I'm not a Barbara Streisand fan and I have her documentary in my Netflix list. This would be a good thing for Celine, because she's more relevant than Barbara is now imo, so definitely would be a good thing and I think would be a hit on Netflix.

I would love a multi-episode documentary of her 3 tours. I know they'd have enough material for something like this, and it would be different than the other singer documentaries on Netflix. But this is just wishful thinking, first let's see if anything is actually happening with Netflix lol.
