Don't know how reliable and accurate that is. The article also mentions that when Madonna did her 2 shows in Taiwan two years ago, she also got paid $6M USD. Shortly after, the Taiwan organizer reviewed the typhoon forecast and made a decision that they will go on with the shows even if the schools/office closure order is still on. The article explains that because the concert stadium does not fall within the closure order issued by the government officials, so it is up to the concert organizer to decide whether the show will go on or not. The organizer also said that if there are fans from other parts of Taiwan having difficulty heading to Taipei, they will try to exchange tickets to the other two dates. It also says while there is no show on the 12th, the organizer still need to pay the fee for renting the stadium on that date. Therefore, if tonight's show is cancelled, there could still be a possibility that they could reschedule tonight's show to the 12th, if Celine's team agrees.
