Okay well yours may have been sarcasm but go thread the last 15 pages full of people attacking each other over nonsense. So take my comment as a general remark, because it’s become nasty. Not because everyone doesn’t agree but more because they attack each other for not agreeing.

I'm loving the footage from these concerts!!! Thank you to everyone who is sharing.

 

 

She looks beautiful. Sounds beautiful. The setlist is fantastic for the general public --- which is VAST majority of attendees. I agree with folks who've said if we didn't see the sneak peek of the setlist in Vegas, we all would've been happier!

 

Hopefully she'll toss in a few surprises by the end of the summer just for fun.

 

Personally, I'm loving the medley and it's always fun to see how songs just feel different in a tour setting vs the Vegas setting.

Regardless, I'm very proud of her. She had a super ROUGH start to the year. So she is pacing herself and DOING HER THANG. So happy for these fans to get to see our Legend Queen in person!!!!!

Oh, believe you me, I’ve seen it. Some on here act as if those of us underwhelmed by the Asian setlist were expecting and wanting nothing but b-sides and deep cuts. Honestly, for me, all she had to do was add in 2-3 unique songs, and I would have been happy.

 

A few very easy examples could have been:

 

1) Be The Man (one night only in Japan)

2) Map To My Heart (one night only in Japan)

3) Somebody Loves Somebody

4) Just Walk Away

5) A World To Believe In

6) Didn’t Know Love

7) One Heart

8) When I Need You

9) Next Plane Out (hopefully we will be surprised with this one during the Australian leg)

10) You And I

 

A good portion of those songs wouldn’t be totally left-field. Yet, I bet all of us and the crowd would enjoy them.

I agree. I think the vast majority who were a bit underwelmed by the setlist think that the majority of the show is great, it just after TLYM, where people had issues. Instead of Prince yet again, she could’ve opted for any of those choices in your above list, or just a few Celine gems that would’ve took the show to high climax it deserves.

It is strange. Especially considering the CD-single’s cardsleeve talks about it being one of her favorites off “The Colour Of My Love.”

I say this because not all 50s can do that... they got knee pain, waist pain and everything if you know what i mean. Not to mention their inner age is twice than current age due to lack of energy and health problem. I know Celine is clear from that but after all i just amazed.

i noticed something minor .... during the last 2 vegas shows where she did full dress rehearsal of the asian tour... the beginning of power of love... she just walked out with full spot lights on her....

 

same thing happened on the opening night in tokyo...

 

but in macao... she had the lights off... and she sang the first few lines in darkness.. then spotlight only came on "CUZ IM YOUR LAADDDAAAAYYY"

 

just like the 2017 tour....

 

i was really particular about that part... because that minor detail made a huge difference in the crowd response and applause she got... so glad they tweaked it for macao... that lighting effect is dramatic and so needed..

By the way, I am the one who said she needs to take time off for awhile, a brief retirement. Celine hasn’t had time for herself in years. The time she did have off she was taking care of her sick husband, or Recovering from surgery or back Problems.

I have a silly question, each time when Celine asks Scott to play the last phrase of BYLM, she always say something like "mistro...." what was she saying? is it a French word?

I LOVE everything she sings. But honestly guys... Don't you think she has an incredible repertoire of songs that she can choose from to perform? Is it that bad want her to sing some of those live?

 

For example she have sang live almost every theme song from a movie but TYLAM it's like non existent. Not nice.

I get it some people adore EVERYTHING Celine does. I just don’t appreciate that when someone says something that they don’t care about or like, they get jumped all over on. It’s really not fair when said fan says that they don’t care for the dance for FIY or that they think the setlist was subpar to them get jumped all over on, called a fake fan or made to feel bad about their opinion. This is a forum, all kinds of different views and opinions and everyone of them should be welcomed. It’s a pity that when someone says something that’s not worshiping the ground Celine walks on, they get bullied. Come on people. Don’t agree, call them out but there is a way to do that in a respective manor.

 

Yeah, especially when some certain person has some kind of obsessive-compulsive disorder against another member and can't live without mocking him on every of his posts, no matter how -apparently- he disagrees with his opinions and abhores him... but still keeps mentioning him!

Well there are like 2 songs on the new compilation which havent been included. Immortality is definitely on the Australian set list because 1) its the bee gees duh and 2) its on the compilation .

No, everything on “Un peu de nous” was performed - although THLAL and Misled were only performed once.

I thought of Immortality due to the fact that its a bee gees song and the bee gees were and are huge in Australia. Adding on that it was a minor hit. Id like for them to do TC and IDAN and Alone AND TFTEISYF performed LIVE. Id say they would drop To Love You More for Immortality as its a regional switch and drop maybe.... Falling Into You for TFTEISYF ??? Maybe ???
