We dont know if thats true or not. It was a complete rumour and it didnt happen in the show. So it stays a rumour i guess

Im glad she did Love of my life instead of SBYS in 2017, because it was such a beautiful moment during the show, great song choice and so emotional.

 

The 2017 tour was for me her best English speaking tour in her entire career (million times better than TC in 2008). How I wish we could have it on DVD and CD! Great song selection, upbeat and emotional. Great light effects. Just perfect. We need it on DVD!

It was a perfect closing song for the show, and for once it was not a boring one like At Seventeen or such random choices like the Michael Jackson songs or the unbearable Stevie Wonder song

Celine herself just confirmed that she will be having "four or five" outfit changes for her Manila concert, though they are still fine tuning.

Yes, my stage costumes are couture, and I’m excited about what we’ve chosen for the tour. We think we’ve got some gorgeous new costumes, and we’ll have four or five changes for our shows in Manila. But we’re still fine tuning this.

I think What a wonderful world and Somewhere over the rainbow were such a good encores aswell... agree on the MJ, StW and at seventeen.

The venue looks very small for a tour of this size for an artist of her magnitude....so I'm hoping for an intimate show and great acoustics!

I bet we'll have a brand new photoshoot for that tour (remember the "Encore un soir" photoshoot in the "Live 2016" tour book ? 😜

We had the photoshoot 2 months before the album's release 😉 so I think (and hope!) they'll do the same again 😉

I wanna say something positive about a direction I have seen over the past few years...I've compiled a list of the songs that Celine has sang since coming back three years ago. I honestly don't know that there is a 3 year period where song selection has been more well thought out in many regards...overall big picture.

 

Songs in red were NEW songs, that were NOT ignored for a change. Yes she could have done more.... but how many albums from 2002 to 2012 were released with almost no songs sung?

 

....the BLUE songs were OLD songs that were sung for the FIRST time ever.....

You are totally right Tyler! Tho there is a hardcore set of songs that never will go away, Céline has been singing and reviving a lot of different songs lately. The setlists for Live 2016 and Live 2017 were AMAZING! My only regret is that Sony is so stupid not to do anything with those concerts

 

2 things: Quand Ça Balance is the same as Somewhere Over The Rainbow (hasn't sang this one in decades, cos it was part of the Hommage À Michel Legrand from her first tour (En Concert) and what to think about the new live vocals for TPOL and IACBTMN (into/outro) after being a medley for quite a while (tho I have to admit, Mego did a brilliant job on that in 2011!).

I got confirmation that SBYS was definately not rehearsed for last year's tour, so we can lay rest to that rumour. Shame though.
