I bought the only ticket available via e-mail from Viagogo (I know, i know, but I really wanted it!) and 6 days after the transaction the description changed! The row is not mentioned anymore and the delivery changed to regular mail, although I did not even have a correct adress registered! (just the London hotel one from last year). I cannot believe this, no words really... I just want to know if they could actually e-mail me a replacement ticket, in the optimistic event they admit the huge mistake... I think they’ll just bulk the show out with talking in between. It’s kinda a shame cos we’ve got no surprises to come if that’s the case, so I hope I’m wrong. 2 Quote

If they continue down that route they’ll see how many young fans they alienate. For example, I get it Céline “has a life “, that’s no reason she can’t update her social media every couple days and get personal with the fans. Her phone could strictly even stay in the dressing room and she could only use it when she’s already working, but no she says she has a life. Well it’s 2018, I don’t for one second beBelieve she isn’t capable; when you got a hundred year old Cher alive and active on social media and a 50year Celine can’t, something’s wrong with that picture. 1 Quote

The best (and maybe only) example of Celine's communication with fans is when the author of the "For Keeps" book, Jenna Glatzer, came to this forum and sent Céline feeback of what fans here said, wanted, their wishes, expectatives and so. And that dates back to 2005. Of course I'm talking of some interaction and something more and beyond the fact of meeting Céline after a show and saying "I love you Céline" . She doesn’t have to use it like the Kardashians and never have a life. Like I said she could have a certain phone left at the venue just for social media posts. A quick hello to the fans or a poll to see what song they want to see performed every now and then from her makeup chair while she’s “working” wouldn’t harm anyone. And it’s 2018 that’s part of promoting your work/self. Quote
