Given that Pepe's friendship with Celine is based on a shared love of fashion and we have evidence that on the nights he's been backstage there appears to have been maybe album artwork prep and shoots going on, then I suppose as he's in Vegas he would be interested in being there. 2 Quote

Of course he may just have an employee pass out of courtesy for the fact that he spent the summer working with them.
