It is obviously that she possibily knows that Celime is not doing well... Didnt Celine say in an interview a few years back, around the time of the "Courage" album promo, that Celine & Sia have kinda became friends & keep in contact with each other to a point? It was something like that that she mentioned when it came to the topic of Sia, because that is how Celine had already got within contact with Sia when Celine started recording songs for the "Courage" album, & of course the rest is now history! Well how much info Sia really knows about Celines health, nobody knows... She might only know some vague details about Celines health, but it sounds like she might know some things, which is why she wrote that post...
