Just thought i'd say that Celine was on fire last night in Birmingham - I was front row and it's the best time i've seen her! Absolutely incredible, hope everyone else enjoyed...

 

To all attending the final show tonight - enjoy every second!!

 

Front row for me tomorrow. I'm excited for it but also dreading it ending .. ugh!

Oh yes she is not a huge fan of people calling her name and being loud. I've got almost 300 pics of Céline up close when I met her (crazy I know but don't care, love them all!) and when going through them I can see how patient she was with everyone. Even holding peoples phones to take the pic for them if they were behind the fence.

But she told people to be quick. At I'm still sad on behalf of some fans in one area in front of the hotel. Some women began arguing (in french, didn't understand) and Céline was about to walk towards them when she noticed and Céline walked past them. So these women ruined so much for the fans waiting there

 

But I after seeing Céline with her fans, I admire her a LOT more and I didn't think that was possible

I just compared the later performances with the early ones of i drove all night in this tour, and realized that they added the effects from the studio version later on, the echo after "oh yeah" in the beginning and then "to you, to you.." during the quitar solo before the climax. I know they used them before on her prerecorded tracks but skipped them in the beginning of this tour. Yea just thought about it if anyone cares lol

Review - Part 1.

 

The First Time Ever I Saw Her Face

 

Yesterday at around 1.30 pm, while I was sitting in the Hyatt Regency Hotel lobby discussing the possibility of seeing Celine in person, Celine passed by! She was only a couple of meters away from where I was standing. I could not believe my eyes. She had her hair up, no make up, sun glasses, she was moving fast but quietly. She visited the bar for seconds to possibly leave what she was drinking there and then she vanished into another room, in which I believe there were elevators. I sat at the lobby until 3.30 pm waiting for her to leave the hotel for rehearsals. Pepe, whom I had met before at around 1.00 pm and is a lovely man, had told me they would be leaving at around 3.00 pm for rehearsals, so this is how I had the information.

 

So there she is at around 3.30 pm moving in the lobby, this time I manage to have a look at her face. Me, CelinesDIVO5 and FlyMeToTheMoon, who is a very cool and smart fan by the way, stood up from our seats as Celine was passing by and we started clapping. There were few other fans there clapping us well. Celine waved at us, smiled in a polite, calm way. She gave me the impression of a classy human being who had been through a lot of pain. I could see that in her smile! She then vanished into an another area where she would be prepared to leave the hotel. After a while she moved out of that room, surrounded by team members. As she was approaching us a fan told Celine that she had broken her leg to get tickets, which was apparently a lie; a lie that worked wonders as it resulted in Celine taking a selfie with her and then with everyone who asked her. I have a video of this moment which I will share later, when I learn how to share videos in the forum.

 

Then I approached Celine to have a photo with her! She smelt so nice! I noticed how thin she was, her upper body is very narrow! She is of the same height as I am! I wanted to give her a hug but my anxiety to take a nice photo took over! I took my phone out and she told me in the softest voice 'Up'! I laughed and held the phone higher! I turned the camera on but it was on zoom mode because of the video I had taken earlier. I said ''now THAT is close'' and she laughed! Celine Dion actually found what I said funny! And she laughed! We took this lovely photo together in which I look as if I had a stroke. Lovely moment! Unforgettable moment!

 

Celine then went outside to meet other fans, sign autographs and take photos with them! Amazing spirit! I think we should all realise and appreciate that taking photos with us, in which she has to smile, is a favour she is doing us! As I said before, she seems like frail person who has been through a lot.

 

I will share a review of the concert later.

I am so happy for your superb experience, i did not witness your uber cute momentum .

Your pic is very good and cute, guess u received great experienced directions (mine includes one terrified left eye, a horrific rained and wind'ed hair and a didn't really sleep since July 30 face).

My favourite part of you was the post Celine shock reaction (If u remember any and how we had to escort u to a taxi:p)

Thanks for the compliments, likewise i found the two of you amazing company, not to mention super helpful (mi casa es su casa type);

Celine defo has a sensible artistic inner world aura.

Looking forward to that video.

 

I for one thought that this summer was too good to be true, while on my flight back, only to find out my uncle has passed away right after landing...Guess life has it's way of balancing emotions.

 

Ps: did not know the broken leg was a lie, but i did joke with the other Celine about using a fake gypsum for a hand or something .

 

Pps: She is fabulous and adorable and graceful

I agree so much better to meet her like that, she is more spontaneous

The night I met her, she was really funny because people were so crazy and just scream her name "Céline!!!"

She has a kind of authority that night, we could clearly see that she is a mum haha

She said ( in French ) : be quiet ! And just stop pushing and screaming, everyone is gonna get a picture, but you have to be quick. Not 2, not 3, not 10 pictures and do not shake ok my loves ? " she was so funny.

A woman just push before I got near to Céline and she saw that, Céline looked at me with big eyes, took my arm and said : come on young boy let's take that picture

Then she thanked me asked me to let space to other people

I have a video when she was leaving us and said : "everybody is happy and got a picture or / and an autograph ?

May I go and see my boys ?

Loves you guys be safe and have good night ! "

 

Do not if the woman who pushed me got her picture with our beloved Céline ...

She has sooo much power on stage, and when she is next to you she looks sooo tiny and fragile.

 

And when you look at the phone and see that the selfie is good and than you realize owh s*** it just happend...

Review - Part 1.

Oh maybe I have pics from you all the way from the right side to the left I've got a few of you there, and then you called someone right after. OMG I feel like a spy B)I was at the right side where the van had stopped and there was a fence. I got the 1st autograph there on the D'elles cd but no selfie.

So then the van moved and cleared up empty space and no fence and there I got the selfie. After a few sec of shock I ran towards the middle and stuck my hand out for the second autograph on Encore Un Soir (a French woman tried to push me away, and screamed at me to speak french in french ) But after that I focused on pics. I got pretty good pics of her signing my Encore Un Soir cd and her looking at my D'elles cd while speaking with others.

RC is in Montreal and he seems to be enjoy some gambling. I am a little surprised that a 16 year old kid would be allowed to gamble like that, but I guess that's one of the privileges of being the kid of a celebrity. He won $4,000 I wonder what Celine would think of RC gambling? I'm sure should would approve, but I just hope he's being responsible. I wonder how much he spent initially to win that money.

 

In my opinion, I think he's a little young to have that much money in his hands, but he seems mature enough to handle it. I am sure Celine probably talked about a limit with him of what he's allowed to spend.

 

Nice to see he's having fun though. It looks like he has his hockey coach with him, so at least he has someone to make sure he doesn't get himself into to much trouble.

Yeah it's the Céline/Angelil golf club. He was there last year playing a charity golf game. So I'm sure it's some publicity.

 

I've seen pics of RC playing poker with his friends. He has a room in Vegas with a DJ table and a poker table but in the poker pics, there are never money involved.

 

I also think that RC has an allowance, that's why after he visited Louis Vuitton in Paris, he had to bring his mom to the store to buy the expensive stuff .. just guessing!!

 

 

And RC and his friends are at Osheaga Festival in Montréal. They have backstage passes and special VIP passes where they are front row but still no fence where they are standing. Good to have a famous mom.
