I think the ballad part of the show was a bit predictable even she really surprised me with The Colour Of My Love. I had tears in my eyes when she sang it. I always get emotional when I hear her recently sing some of her older and forgotten songs. It is maybe because many of them are being part of my life for so long. Sometimes it seems they are forgotten or lost just like memories.The biggest surprise was maybe Refuse To Dance. I'm so happy she revived it tonight. It is one of the secret gems of her career. Like a hidden treasure. I think Unison would be a great addition to the uptempo part of the show. I'm not understanding how you can say that you have a problem with her singing the "same songs over again", but that the French tour was a "real masterpiece." But people complaining "Why did she sing 'How Does A Moment Last Forever'" when it is her newest song, "Recovering" which is less than a year old and has never been toured... I don't get it. She hasn't sung "My Love" in years, and never in this arrangement. She's never going to NOT sing BYLM, IACBTMN, LCMM, MHWGO. TSMGO is becoming her anthem, it was Rene's favorite song, and she's only been doing this arrangement for 2 years. Maybe one day she will do an anti-tour, but that's not what this was, and the fact that we got songs like "Refuse to Dance," "The Colour of My Love," "Love Is All We Need," "That's The Way It Is" (in a full orchestra arrangement), return of "Treat Her Like a Lady," and "Misled," would've been completely out of character for Celine 5 years ago. Did we have to endure LCMM and ABM for the 1000th time? I couldn't get internet at all at it 😒so I couldn't post anything ! She looked wow and her voice was just perfection ! I thought the crowd was really good esp during thick twice ! I noticed she had a sore on her nail of her left hand middle finger !! Funny she didn't have nail polish on but her , but she is just human like us !! 😆 I thought her outfits were really cool and her body looked amazing in the white dress outfit , she cried a bit after IACBTMN and all the audience stood up and applauded loads , so maybe she just got upset thinking back to Rene ....... 😒 I am so tired now , I can't wait to look at videos from YouTube to relive it , I was shocked all the way through coz the set list kept getting better and better ! Couldn't believe COML and RTD !! And I couldn't believe RC rapping !! He came up on screen , I thought he was brilliant !! Ok , night guys !! I'm also shocked at people hating on The Reason because she sang it completely live and sounded so close to the playback. Like... sure it's a recycled song from the Vegas show, but she completely nailed it.
