Even footage of her touching hands whilst on stage with the audience, you see her move away. It wasn't cos she was gonna walk to the other side of the stage. She actually stepped back a bit. And also , even something like perfume etc aggravates her asthma and allergies. So I personally think it's a preventative measure. If it were me , I'd do the same.
