It's amazing how free she was in the 2016 tour on this part of the song. In the 2017 tour looks like she found a striking and not too tiring way to do it and went for it, nice!

I have no idea of who this guy is but he seems a bit rude and impolite. Near the end of the video, the host tells him to please move a bit because Céline is almost sitting on the plants. He just laughed without even looking at her...

Maybe he was a star back then and Celine just started her adult career. But I don't find him rude, it's just his attitude are annoying.

Actually it's more fault of that disrespectful man than of the host. The annoying man is flirting with the woman next to him (according to the title of the video) and, to do that, sits in a position that makes Céline visibly uncomfortable (watch Céline's face at 00:43)

He died a few years ago.
