Someone answers me because some videos of Celine do not have their official versions on their channel, video clips of:

(If There Was Any Other Way)

"Did You Give Enough Love"

Beauty and the Beast

Water from the moon

Because you love me

Mu Heart Will Go On

 

I find it very strange not to have these videos in better quality and in the official channel of celine.

Sony put these videos, we are grateful.

Never releasing this concert in DVD is another decision that I will NEVER understand! :(

 

I think it was a "messy" concert? TOO loud, you can hear the audience, too many mic/earpiece problems and some duets were not very good, her voice was a little off that night. I think it could be fixed post production, maybe Rene didnt want to realease ANOTHER DVD? We had the Stade de France concer and then All the way, maybe was too much of the "same"?

I hate when Ariana Grande did parody for Celine’s nasal in singing. I didnt find Celine to be nasal at all phrases. (When she did IACBTMN). In here, she hit the note with resonance and less nasal. Only some part like “On†is nasal but acceptable since we actually say the word ON with nasal. Celine belt with full resonance without the nasal at all verse. Plus, when people try to do Celine nasal, it is not the same, Celine’s tone and timbre is UNIQUE, no one can do the same eventhough they sing nasal intentionally included Veronic. I think the best way to imitate Celine is her chest slap signature, her “lurrvvveeee†way of singing, her random vocalization like she did in FEVER and Mr Paganinni, her open legs while singing, her “come on!!â€, her hand gestures. That’s more iconic rather than imitating the nasality.

I just can't, they've just uploaded on her YouTube channel "My Love" (Live) and "I Drove All Night" (Live), and both are already uploaded. They've also uploaded "Summertime" - wonder for how long because they've already taken down "If I Could" that was uploaded not so long ago.

Where are videos for "My Heart Will Go On", "Tell Him", "Because You Loved Me" or "Beauty nad the Beast"? And why some videos are blocked in some countries? It's so stupid.

Yep, three uploads in one day. I think IDAN and ML were already uploaded years ago, weren't they? Anyway, it's very nice to have Summertime officially uploaded to her VEVO channel. Now I only hope they won't randomly take it down...

I need a good quality version of the 'I Met an Angel on Christmas Day' video by November. That song is soooo slept on!

Send it to radios, I'm sure they'd play it in their holiday playlists.

The only thing these 3 performances have in common is that they were shown during Jerry Lewis Telethon (2006, 2007 & 2008). The videos they uploaded of To Love You More and If I Could were from that telethon as well, so maybe their next post will be Open Arms from the 2011 Jerry Lewis MDA Telethon?

 

BTW, MDA just uploaded If I Could to their official channel. Maybe that's why Celine VEVO removed it, so that MDA would be able to post it :hi:

Yeah, it seems like they're uploading all the Telethon performances. You can hear Jerry Lewis very faintly at the ends of the IDAN and ML videos. :thumbsup2:

What a silly selection of videos to upload....they sit on all sorts of higher quality footage and we're supposed to be overjoyed about this? Nah... give us something we haven't seen.

I've always loved, loved, LOVED that version of Summertime. It's just so perfect.

Wish she'd add it to the Vegas set list. More people need to her it.

Haha,you're going to get crucified for saying that around here! :giggle: But yes, I'd absolutely be on board.

 

Next year is the 40th anniversary of the Montreal Jazz Fest. They've been trying to get Celine for a while and I'm really, really hoping this coming year might be the charm.
