But yeah, Celine herself didn't want it released. Bit silly cos there's not much wrong with it, and that's only if you analyse it. Which some fans on here obviously wouldn't 😂 Quote

This live version is a bit better than the recording, but I don't think their voices blend together at all (just my opinion). When she sings with Andrea Boccelli, it melds together into perfection; when she sings with Pavarotti, it sort of sounds like they're singing totally different songs. And Celine never stops moving/dancing/waving her arms, while Pavarotti stands stock-still almost the whole time . . .it just makes them seem so separate and adds to the silliness. And I can't listen to this song without thinking of the review I once read, which said something like: "Having Pavarotti sing a fluffy pop song with Celine Dion is like hiring Da Vinci to paint your house." The review was kind of mean and condescending to Celine, so I wanted to be mad at it, but it also made me giggle. Sorry to everyone who loves this song!Don't be sorry..i cringe when i hear those stupid lyrics and when luciano sings in English it sounds soooooo awkward. And you do not believe any of the words they sing...such a stupid awkward silly song. It sounds rock&roll but gone is the emotion that the real version has. The lyrics are not treated well when singing and performing it like this. It is for sure interesting and well done but I prefer a slower dramatic approach like Celine or sarah brightman did. It has been years since I've last seen this performance.. totally impressed by it today again.This song is/was so right for her. On the one hand so strong, on the other vulnerable.She reads the rather straight forwards lyrics so insightfully, yet so dramatically. 'Sur un grand ecran en couleur'; 'Comme une millionaire, vivre comme une millionaire'.. besides practically any other moment throughout this song. To me performances like these define the very core of her credibility as a singer. I uttered many critique on this forum on the AMA performance. Probably because of her unbelievable track record of perfected performances. I miss this Celine, but know the 1995 singer is still there.At least by means of videos like these.
