In response, she talked about the 60,000 people who saw her in the Stade de France, and how 60,000 people were not all stupid. And -- I think this was the same show, but I'm not sure -- there was a woman who was clearly skeptical of the Celine-and-Rene relationship. She asked Rene a question about people believing he totally controls Celine, and he said no, and something like "People who really know us know how it really is" (Implication being: "You don't know us, so stop"). And she asked Celine a similar question, and Celine didn't take the bait all, saying she doesn't care what people say -- whether they say that she loves him too much, or depends on him too much -- because Rene is her everything.
