Hooked on this right now. One of her underrated songs/performances I think. She offers such great emotions and storytelling in this song, and in the video. And killer vocals towards the last minute.

Looking at these old videos feels like worlds ago. What I'm trying to say is they seem to be from another artist, not Celine. Does that makes sense?

those things are so ancient for me...i was at another place in that time, i did not follow her career as much. So , it is her, but not her for me also. I was having my son, and working and did not had time for much else. I guess she changed, but i changed quite a lot. Maybe that. Edited by québecflower

One of my favourite songs on Unison. Always wanted that jumper - think she looks gorgeous in this video.

My favorite song on 'Unison'. I love the album actually, it has some songs that sound like Celine never sounded before and never after, like 'Love By Another Name' or 'I Feel To Much'. Not sure if she wanted to record those songs that much HERSELF or was she politely asked to but the result was nice and fresh :)

It's an interesting thing. .when you revisit something from long ago, you're not just revisiting the song, but also the person you were when you first heard it. So it's a different experience for everyone.

 

I think Celine's personality has stayed pretty much the same through all this time, though I think she's a lot more confident now than she used to be . . .and she looks sooo different.

I think that when Celine first started her English career, they were going for an '80's Whitney Houston-type sound -- pop music that was equal parts dance and power ballads. But the dance never really took off for Celine like it did with Whitney. About 1/2 of Unison is up-tempo -- I think that's more than any of her other albums.

Anyone else watched the youtube video of Jarvis Cocker singing TPOL? I actually really enjoyed it. And he introduced the song by saying 20 years ago this song was huge - meaning celine and not jennifer rush! Yay!

Behind the scenes from different interviews and specials during the Sans Attendre promo.

 

Around 20 or 21 mark, what is Julie saying? It's around the part where they are filming that comedy sketch and are by her tub and then when the guy jumps on the bed?

 

Also, what did the guy say when he killed that fly during the interview (whatever he said made her laugh)?
