It's the fan-made version of the European tour concert, using clips from different videos on YouTube and overdubbing it with studio versions and other HD audio from past concerts.

I just went last week. Yes, she used the corded mic all night, except for MHWGO.

She opened MHWGO just like she did in NY, where she does the open instrumentation. It was awesome.

Plus, and this is not about opening a debate, I am just adding this here because of your comment about singing live (for more info is in the "Changes to the show" thread on the "Celine board:: When I was there, she sang probably 90% of the show live (she lipped part of WDMHBN, and part of the Reason, and I am not sure if the opening to Titatnic was lip synch or live. Other than that, all live. People can believe what they want, but I was there. This was my 3rd time seeing the show and I could tell from my past trips. She is singing almost everything live now (or at least, did last week the night I was there). She sounds unreal. Like, you sit there thinking "is she human?" She sounds that good.

Just found this interesting video from 2003 -- at 9:35, Celine starts talking about the incident where Rene was wrongly accused of rape. I don't think I've ever heard her discuss this publicly before - I couldn't understand everything she was saying, and am hoping someone can fill in the gaps.

 

I think she said that she was worried about Rene's health - that he might have another heart attack due to the stress of it. She said the timing of it was terrible, because she was doing a promotional tour in Paris - they were there with baby RC and she had tons of interviews every day. I think she said that Rene had to leave them to go back to the US, though I couldn't understand what she said about why he had to leave (something about having to talk to his lawyers? I 'm not sure).

 

She was talking about how Rene felt -- that he felt like a "violeur" (?) a "gofinu"(?) (sorry for totally messing up the spelling of those words! just wondering what she said)

 

She talked about their frustration in not being able to speak about and respond to the stories (I think a judge had forbid them to make any statements); they were constantly getting calls from friends and questions from reporters wanting to know the story; she was asked about it in the interviews, but she wasn't allowed to say anything, and it was very frustrating.

 

Then Julie said something about time having proven them right, because the accuser went to jail for extortion, and Celine replied by saying that she never would have thought [something] existed -- maybe that she never would have thought that level of evil existed?

 

Would much appreciate if someone can fill in the gaps. thanks!

I think she may have been sick. She seemed to be saying something about it all being in her nose and not her throat. But probably she didn't feel well enough to sing live.
