celinemaniac07 Posted March 25, 2015 at 07:52 PM Posted March 25, 2015 at 07:52 PM The ticket prices are higher than usual..not happy about the 500 for even 5th row, but as I said before in my previous post..no matter the cost of the ticket..50 dollars to 500 dollars...I believe this is the show to go to. It might not be 100 percent polished by opening night, but this particular opening night will be one of her most important of her career. There will be excitment in Vegas, Caesars Palace, and the Colliseum like no other night this night. There will be new band members with new or different versions of the songs, possible new setlist, Rene will be there, her family will be there..its a huge moment. So even if you get a 50 dollar ticket I say go for it...go to this show. Just being there for her and experiencing this new chapter is once in a lifetime. OF course its not possible for everyone to go, but if you have the means to go and are debating going now or waiting...go now lol. I am excited for her return to the stage and I know it will be fantastic! On a side note come Saturday..the general public is going to be quite disappointed when they try to buy tickets and they are sold out already for the 27th..atleast all the good seats are going like lightning! 1 Quote

If they are completely starting from scratch though with a brand new show entirely...we may get some really awesome new songs selections though! As we know, within the years of performing in Vegas what seemed to be the worst time of the year for Celine to get infections and cancel her show for a week or two? I know it could happen anytime but maybe I'll avoid that time to book my trip just to be sure. As far as I remember it was certain month she canceled year after year right? Last time they had show programs given out as souvenirs- they were hanging on each chair. I think anticipation was palpable in the air. People were dressed up. Celine was in a great mood. 1 Quote

The "A New Day...Live In Las Vegas" CBS special was being filmed, there was a red carpet, celebrities of all kinds, and major fans. The atmosphere was amazing. Everybody got goodie bags on their seats with a copy of "One Heart," a bottle of her parfum, a book marker and other items in a collectible box. Opening Night for "Celine" was MUCH MORE subdued and scaled back. There was no red carpet. There were fewer celebrities (that I saw). There were no goodie bags, but there was a program placed on each seat with the date printed inside. The atmosphere was very energetic when Celine was onstage. She got tons of applause and standing ovations. I hope this has helped! 3 Quote
