Don't do hot foods, it brings blood to the area. In a couple of days when you start to do a little better don't be tempted to eat hard, crunchy things. I eat warm egg drop soup from the Chinese takeout place (it sounds weird to eat but it soothes them) and oh no. I'm not eating anything crunchy. I feel bad enough as it is. LOL this pain medicine side effect thing is wicked.
