no, i think they love hearing their own voice, and they don't know what to invent anymore....So, they invite people who have something to sell...and it goes on and on, up until people are ready to go to bed. I, m sure the natality rate suffers a great deal.

it seems quite common, maybe they like the real false things. No wonder they love so much Celine when she does the real thing in shows.

I watched the show, it was sooooooo boring!!!!!

After her great performance on X Factor, I was hoping she would do more songs live on french TV.

Unfortunatly I understood it was going to be all lipsynch when she started singing all by myself with the soundtrck version. What a shmi

 

I can understand that she wants to preserve her voice especially with all the promotion schedule and with the concerts coming up in 2 weeks, but I was so disapointed that all the songs were lipsinch.

 

What was even more dispointing is that when she sang seconds of LMBTL and my heart will go on in the bathroom, she sounded so amazing!

 

+she could have sang more of her new songs.

 

The host was so boring asking the same questions.

 

I can understand why people can be fed up with seing her TV sho

Worst lipped song of the entire show. She messed up so bad at the end after 4:30.

She has got to STOP doing this song like that. It's embarrassing. You can listen to this and KNOW it is from when she was younger. And then she came in live at the end and I cringed!

 

The last part was funny....

 

"All by myseeeelff... (sounds 26 years old)... dont wanna live (suddenly sound 45 years old)" hehehe...

 

They turned her mic on too early...

Add to the fact it's a 15+ year cd recording making it that much more obvious, and you have a straight up joke.

I love her to death, but don't be so dramatic when you're clearly lipping. I guess she is saving her voice for Bercy and all and that is fine, but just don't even do ABM at all. That song is a joke to me until I hear it live again. At least record a new version to use where the big note isn't the same as it's been the past years.

Still though, if I was at a concert and she lipped it...I would probably still cry :P

I can't stand when she lipps like this. It's a darn shame she could have sang that song willingly. That ABM was bad. No wonder some people call her a fraud.

I say it's time for ABM to kick the bucket for a while and brush the dust off of an old gem...a lot of her old songs are dying to shine.

 

If people have a problem with her not singing ABM for a while, then they can get over their selves.

same here, hate to see her fake it. and i really cant nderstand the "im gonna save my voice for the next concert/show" theory. i mean, there's always next concert and next show, right? if she insists on saving her voice for the next whatever-it-is-performance, the next time we can hear her sing live is in her farewell concert. :wtf:

Celine's voice hasn't changed immensely in 15 years and she can still hit the notes, I don't think 'all' songs should have been lipsynced but she's done performances live and countless interviews....And it's not nice to laugh out of the embarrassment of others, Celine is the best, some people talking like 45 is old, we all get there and I hope I look and sound as great as Celine at 45 Edited by Allysadreams

Hey have yall heard that Celine Dion has an English cd out? Yeah it's been 6 years and it's pretty good. She should be promoting it but she had to do a stop over in France to sing the same catalog that she did from SA promo last year! :mellow: Sarcasm mode.....

True, she is the best...so what was that performance of ABM? She needs to throw it out. She knows it.

I don't see where anyone said 45 is old..just that she OBVIOUSLY does not sound like she did in her 20's. And that is perfectly fine...I think she sounds AMAZING now. More grounded, it's great!

I COULD KISS YOU RIGHT NOW!! Lipping is one thing, but to the damn track that ends to a fade out? Ridiculas.

I agree time to retire ALL BY MYSELF and RIVER DEEP while they are at it. The only "hit" songs she must sing in her concerts are BYLM, TPOL and MHWGO none of the "casual" songs would miss the rest believe me.
