I came on here to see if anyone was talking about this contest because I couldn't believe that at least one of the winners would not scream so loudly that one of us could hear it haha. Seems to be a scam to me :wacko: because, I re-read the rules and it says they can cancel it at any time and it also says that they would contact the winners by email or phone but... They didn't ask for a phone number ha! Oh well. I'm just disappointed in the whole thing. I thought for sure someone from this board would win also, like was previously mentioned. I hope all of you who are going to the different events have fun! I'm looking forward to reading all of your adventures :)

If you would have taken time to get to know some of us you would have changed your mind for sure. My RH friends have such big hearts, they are so sweet and so fun to hang out with!! But, anyway. I'm not asking you why you end up thinking that, it's not the subject of the topic at all. Everybody is free to think what he wants.

Also, very often with bad opinions, it's a matter of misunderstanding and ignorance (in a sense that people ignore the reasons why others behave like that and all the sub-factors determining their actions)

Yeah, I have a similar hunch, but that won't stop me from checking my email every 5 seconds tomorrow, just . . .in . . ..case. (I live about 1 hour away from midtown Manhattan, where the Edison Ballroom is. They could contact me til about 7:00, and I could still get there on time. I'm just sayin', in case something last minute comes up for a winner. . ya know, things happen . . .)

A couple of us here in NY are going to stalk Edison Ballroom this afternoon to see WTF is going on. Because I'm pissed. That place seats 1200 people. There is no way they filled that up yet...especially with no announcement. I live in NYC and I have to miss this one chance I'll get to see her unless I can afford Vegas between now and 2019?!?!? The last time they did something like this in 2007 at the Rainbow Room in NYC there were several of us from The Forum that got to go, so this is just horrible that NONE of us were picked. It makes me think it's more of an "industry" show than for the fans. What a shame because she has sounded amazing this week BUT maybe it'll be recorded and we'll at least get to see it....someday. :(

It would be great if she was doing "Sessions on AOL" or something, but I fear it's just an industry show. There is no hype whatsoever for it.

 

Plus, don't forget, her contract with Vegas says she can't have other shows in the US, so this must be something for the industry,
