Today, I revisited this song after having not listened to it for probably years. Unfortunately, it just hasn't aged well for me. The production done to her vocals was just awful. If she's ever able to come back to singing live, it would be wonderful to hear it without all the effects to her vocals.

 

How does everybody feel about "Breakaway" now that it's been out for over a decade?

I actually love the song and its production. I love hearing Celine’s voice coming through so forward. It sounds raw. Great song, IMO

I love this song. There were times when I could relate to it a lot. Btw, I requested a reaction video from "Just the voice". It should be posted in the upcoming week I think 😁
